Millions of people don't see Haitians as being from a country that is part or Latin America, in in fact not only is a Latin country it was the first Latin country. Many people Hispanic or Latin are also dealing with deep seeded hatred & Anti-Blackness.
What is Anti-Blackness? Here is a brief description for those who may not know this term.
Anti-Black racism, also called anti-Black sentiment, anti-Blackness, colourphobia or Negrophobia, is characterised by prejudice, collective hatred, and discrimination or extreme aversion towards people who are racialised as Black people, especially those people from sub-Saharan Africa and its diasporas,[1][2] as well as a loathing of Black culture worldwide. Such sentiment includes, but is not limited to: the attribution of negative characteristics to Black people; the fear, strong dislike or dehumanization of Black men; and the objectification (including sexual objectification) of Black women.
The world views the color of Haitians skin, then places them into people they want to disassociate with being Latinx (Hispanic or Latin American), there is colorism within most societies.
Trump supporters aren't actually known as some of the more educated people, even Elon Musk seems to be unable to string along many coherent sentences. Anyone who listened to his Twitter X Live interview with Trump, could clearly hear that he stammered all over the place.
Much of what he said made either no sense, or didn't have much factual backing. He made a claim about climate change as being something to "worry about" in the next 100 years, instead of something to worry about in the present time.
Note: Here is a video I recently found going viral in Kenya, this Kenyan man in Kiswahili is calling all Black Americans rude and animals.
Below here is news coverage from Ohio, this is to show that the woman shown in a video is from another part of Ohio, she's also an American citizen, not a Haitian immigrant.
This also includes the governor of Ohio making a statement about unfounded crimes being committed by Haitians in his state, but this still won't be enough for Trump's supporters.
If we are going to talk about people who eat dogs and cats in their countries, then we can add a long list of countries. When living in Ghana there were Ghanaians that ate cats, some that ate dogs too, same for Nigeria, Cameroon, Niger, Burkina Faso, South Korea, China, there are many countries.
South Korea has recently banned eating of dog meat because there had been a growing debate about the practice in the country as dog owners started claiming their popular pet breeds were in danger.
South Korea passes bill to ban eating dog meat, ending controversial practice as consumer habits change
South Korea’s parliament passed a bill Tuesday banning the breeding and slaughter of dogs for consumption, ending the traditional yet controversial practice of eating dog meat after years of nationwide debate.
The bill received rare bipartisan support across South Korea’s divided political landscape, highlighting how attitudes toward eating dog have transformed over the past few decades during the country’s rapid industrialization.
The law will ban the distribution and sale of food products made or processed with dog ingredients, according to the corresponding committee of the National Assembly.
There is an account of a Latina woman who is also a Trump supporter who is posting disgusting videos. The videos which contain, "Pussy Lives Matter", in true Trump supporter behavior is mocking Haitians. She probably has no idea of the history of Haiti, how the United States are responsible for the instability in the country to this day.
She also more than likely doesn't consider the country Haiti, which is on the same island as the Dominican Republic as being a Latinx country.
Below is a video I made in response to her hateful video which she posted on Twitter, I posted my video on both TikTok, Twitter and YouTube. I feel so bad for the Haitian migrants in the United States, this is such a racist and hateful attack on them.
