Willow Grove, Pennsylvannia, at a Burger King fast food resturant there are around 5-6 Ghanaians on any given shift. The manager who is a Ghanaian immigrant seems to be hiring mostly Ghanaians only to work for this location.

By the way this location was years ago under the management of a Haitian manager, who had a more diverse group of workers but he too hired more Haitians. Now not so much these days mostly Ghanaian workers.

Sadly just like when I lived in Ghana they have the worst customer service skills, hanging out after their shift. Making demeaning and insulting comments about customers, laughing loudly and talking about anything but work.

Here you can read several articles about how horrific the customer service is in Ghana. You don't have to take my word for it, click the underlined words and I will add several so you can be your own judge.

Some say that Ghana's customer service is poor due to a lack of training and awareness among service providers, and a lack of national priority:

Lack of training

Many businesses don't think customer service training is worth the time and resources. Without proper training, employees may not know how to handle customer inquiries, complaints, or basic interactions.

Lack of awareness

Some citizens and leaders don't prioritize customer service or understand its impact on business growth and economic sustainability.

Whenever I write about my horrible issues living in Ghana, there are Ghanaians all over me, I've gotten more insults from Ghanaians since leaving Ghana than ever living in the country. Threats of violence even, one Ghanaian man said horrible things about my vagina but didn't use such a kind word, he also called my mother a "whore."

I made a video using screenshots from his posts. He later blocked me but not before I was able to screenshot his page, in the post from the X platform here is a person telling how you are even blamed in Ghana for their poor customer service.

Another one of the many expamples of the bullying culture that Ghanaians have in their country and in their culture apparently!

Why are African countries like Nigeria, Ghana and other English speaking African countries always the ones pushing hatred towards Black Americans?

What is ironic is that Ghanaians expect foreigners to only come to Ghana to improve thier country, yet when they come to the United States they don't care about the citizens, or developing.

Like in this Burger King I was talking to one Ghanaian man and the other started insulting me in Twi. He laughed and mocked me, while I could see the man I was speaking to didn't find him funny at all.

I asked why they refused to live segregated from Black Americans, the one making jjokes said it is a choice we can do what we want! Funny how when Black Americans live in segregated communities in Ghana they call them colonizers and gentrifiers.

Six Ghanaians working at a fast food place, a one with very crappy tasting food aren't investing in the United States, which most people like myself don't care if they do are not. Yet in Ghana if you aren't giving to them you aren't wanted in the country by the majority of people.

Philadelphia is according to a recent Philadelhia Inquirer article is being overwhelmed at the moment with mostly West African immigrants. Some who are unable to find jobs, so the nonprofits that provide assistance to them are in need of more funding.

Many of these West Africans are claiming that they are escaping violence, the same Ghanaians that proclaim their country is so peaceful are now seeking safety and refuge in America. Some bringing with them the same tribalism and discrimination against Black Americans and others living in the country.

Sadly the city of Philadelphia has many issues with poverty, crime and violence. Some of the racists would claim that these immigrants are the ones bringing the violence and crime. However there are not real numbers that support this at all.

West Philadelphia is the location of choice for many, which is already known for one of the city's crime areas.

Living in Ghana I have written often about the discrimination I faced for my skin shade, tattoos, dreadlocks. The public humiliation for being overweight in a country where 50% of the women are obese according to their own news.

A Ghanaian who's TikTok account I don't follow which goes by the handle of Phia GH TV, where he helps give Ghanaians ways to get a visa to the United States. He teaches them to get a study abroad visa but many don't stay in school.

On his TikTok Lives he stresses that getting the visa is biggest issue, he then tells them of the many liberal programs that the United States has to give them help once in the country. Those who cry and complain about the Southern border have no idea how many immgrate from the legal visas and never leave the country.

I for one think that anyone who wants to come to work or go to school should be allowed to come, however when they bring their hatred for Black Americans it make no sense. When watching the Phila GH TV when they want to spew hatred they usually try to switch into Twi. With the influx of more.

West Africans trying to gain information from on how to obtain visa approval.

Ghana is filled with hatred and tribalism for even their own people, the Nigerian and other Black African xenophobia should be called out because that is sickening.

Why do people from other countries want to live in the United States if they hate the people living in the country? I will forever wonder this, by the way there are people living in Ghana that hate Ghanaians but have built their lives in the country.
