addiction
The realities of addition; the truth about living under, above and beyond the influence of drugs and alcohol.
Toxic Empathy
Empathy is one of humanity’s most beautiful and essential traits. It’s the bridge that allows us to understand, connect, and care for one another. But like all sacred powers, when empathy becomes distorted, unbalanced, or weaponized—it can turn deadly.

Life without the solace of alcohol
On January 17th, 2024, I had my last drink. For 15 years I was a high functioning alcoholic. Snowed in at home I didn’t have beer, my usual go to, but there was hard liquor. Enjoyed Fireball while I wandered around in the snow. If I had known, it would be my last time drinking I would have done something more exciting. After I finished that bottle I switched to a random vodka. Evidently, I passed out for the night. The next morning, I woke up feeling like shit as you would expect. It was a beautiful day with the sun slowly melting the snow. I was stuck on the couch watching Netflix because of my bad decisions. My first day with no alcohol was January 18th, 2024. As I laid on the couch, I made a list of the reasons why to drink vs why not. The original list is tacked up on my bedroom wall. It continues to grow as I learn more. Looking back on it keeps me motivated.

“God-Fearing” Was the Most Powerful Control Spell Ever Cast
When most people hear “fear God,” they imagine trembling obedience — a cosmic authority waiting to punish, a sky-father with lightning in his fist. The phrase summons guilt, submission, and the dread of being wrong. But the truth is more nuanced. The distortion of that phrase — the way it has been weaponized — is one of the most powerful control spells ever cast upon humanity.

When Silence Becomes Sin: A Prophetic Word for Survivors
These are the verses so often used to shame survivors into silence — as if naming abuse were a greater sin than committing it. But Scripture’s intent is the opposite. It warns against those who twist truth for gain, not those who speak it for healing.

The Narcissist’s Glitch
Could it be that narcissists do feel empathy — but misinterpret it as manipulation? Maybe that flicker of awareness, that moment when they sense another human’s inner world, doesn’t feel like connection to them. Maybe it feels like danger. Like losing control. Like death.

The Narcissist’s Mask: When Misogyny Disguises Itself as Sexual Openness
1. The Seduction of “Openness” Many narcissistic men weaponize what looks like sexual liberation. They use words like kink‑friendly, sex‑positive, or open‑minded — but what they really mean is: boundaries don’t apply to me.

Am I a Narcissist?
In the age of pop psychology and armchair diagnosis, “narcissist” has become one of the most weaponized words in the human vocabulary. It’s used to silence, to shame, and to project. But what happens when a deeply self-aware person—especially a trauma survivor—starts to wonder if they are the problem?

The Darker Side Of Female Nature - What Girls Don't Want You To Know
Every human being has a side they don’t often reveal — a mix of emotions, instincts, and hidden motives that make up their deeper psychology. When it comes to women, this complexity becomes even more fascinating. Beneath the surface of charm, grace, and affection lies a side shaped by both nature and experience, one that is rarely spoken about openly.

The Weight of Labels
I did not get angry because I was attacked. I got angry because I felt invisible. That is what labeling does. It reduces a human being—a soul with thoughts, experiences, and convictions—into a set of categories that can be dismissed before they even speak.
