Gratitude
Impermanence and Acceptance
In other words, you cannot sustain success, and you also cannot sustain failure – there are no sustainable highs or lows. True strength is in memory, as well as in erasing; in forgiving, and in embracing the transience of things; in solitude, restraint; in submitting to impotence; in being imperfect; and in admitting one’s anguish, panic, guilt, and remorse.

Under Stars
Looking up at a clear night sky, under the light of Celine and bathing in the good feelings that come from that. Away from buildings, communing with nature, and the sounds of nightbirds and insects. A hedgehog and some dormice wander across the meadow, finding shelter when they hear the Barn Owl hoot. At times the rain comes down in a fine mist almost as though it is washing your body from the drudgery of the day. Silver rays come through the clouds and they cross the face of the moon revealing the stars twinkling from a million miles away. So many colours are in the night sky though the one that bathes us is silver. Lie down and relax, feel nature's healing power and know how perfect you are.
