I am grateful,
Grateful I Am I am grateful, For every soul that holds some light, I’m enchanted by the love they bring, They share with me the songs of life. Grateful I am, To those who sang what’s on my mind, In rhythm, verse, and art combined— A harmony of humankind. I am grateful, To hearts who offered all their dreams, Their love unsure of where to go, But still they gave, with voice aglow— And softly said: “I’m grateful.” Each written word, a melody, A whisper warm, a reverie— A song that floats in peaceful air, A soul once lost, now dancing there. Beautiful, kind, never unkind, To those who hurt, it’s love they find. Grateful I am, To artists bold and kind at heart, Who gave their all, played every part— No fame required, no grand career, Just whispered truth: “I’m grateful here.” I raise my voice for all to hear, To shout it loud and make it clear: Grateful I am, to young and old, Who feel the depth in words we hold— Their love leaves prints without a fear, It soars like birds through skies sincere. Grateful I am... Forever near.
