dog
It's no coincidence that a dog is a man's best friend; they're more faithful than most other animals, and more faithful than many people.
I Choose Treats, Always
Hi folks! My name is Millie, and I'm a nine-year-old miniature dachshund who was rescued three years ago. Like my mom, I'm a huge lover of the spooky season—running after squirrels, rolling in dried leaves, getting spoiled with treats, and of course, watching scary movies curled up on the couch. I couldn't wait to celebrate Halloween this year, because I wasn't always physically able to. Life hasn't always been easy-peasy.

Between a pandemic and white people not knowing how to pick out a costume without potentially ruining their lives, Halloween seems a bit intense this year, so I’m going to sit this one out and enjoy the show from my phone. Seriously though, there’s no excuse to wear costumes that offend beautiful groups of people. We should know better and do better.

Cow Dog
Meet my friend Ranger. He’s an Australian Cattle Dog, so of course he dresses as a cow for Halloween. Every year. He’s never worked on a ranch, he’s never had an opportunity to herd any cattle, but he did enjoy meeting one once at a recreated historic village, where he and the cow sniffed each other through a fence, nose to nose. I held my breath while watching, afraid he might decide to start a chase, but he was satisfied just to introduce himself and then move on.

The Craft-y Canine
This is Suzie Q and she is a mischievous Witch that will steal you attention and leave you with regret that you do not have her as a member of your family. She is so cute that you will be drawn in and out under her spell. She is 3 years old and was adopted by ThatMomLexi & ThatCutefamily in 2018 when she was just 6 months old. By joining the little clan, she became ThatCuteDog. You may think you have met a dog like her before, however you will soon find out that she is a unique animal unlike any other of her species.

Honey, Could You Bee Any Cuter?
Cosmo-tron, Cosmo-sauce, Cosmo the Love of My Life. Whatever he's referred to as, there's no doubt he will perk his ears and superman jump into your lap no matter where you are or how big he is. This year, Cosmo and I decided to dress him up as a bumble bee, one of the nice furry ones that don't sting and save the planet. This will be Cosmo's fourth Halloween since we rescued each other in 2017. This year, his daycare offered to take Halloween pictures of the pups in costumes and Cosmo and I could not say no.

How Do Dogs help Humanity?
Alexa Carr, a Washington State University researcher who studies the relationship between animals and humans, found that people with dogs - dogs - had fewer stress hormones in their body, especially a hormone called cortisol -. This explains the value that many people experience in medical dogs, which are trained to help people deal with anxiety, dissatisfaction, and anxiety, and have been shown to reduce the perception of pain.

Dog-Gone-Good Halloween
Rosie, Foxie, Tobie These three dogs are the most amazing all around! They put up with me and my daughter; who is most problematic towards them? My daughter, as if there were any doubt! The three of them are loving, caring, and compassionate. Yes, dogs have feelings! I have been around dogs long enough to know this is true. They provide emotional support for me and physical correction for my daughter, who is disabled. It is genuinely overwhelming what animals will endure and still have a wagging tail for us at the end of the day! I give them special treats for doing extra extraordinary things for my daughter, and if they feel she is getting too angry, they come to hide behind me as they know I won't let anything happen to them.
