dog
It's no coincidence that a dog is a man's best friend; they're more faithful than most other animals, and more faithful than many people.
Furry Little Men
It was just after Thanksgiving. The year was 2019, and as a surprise Christmas gift for my boyfriends' sister, Jodi. I had decided to make some arrangements to go down to Florida for a vacation so that she could spend time with her brother. Any time that she has traveled to Pennsylvania, he never takes time off work to actually spend time together. I also figured she would really enjoy it if I brought down the fur babies too. She just adores my little bugas, Chewbacca and Darth Vader. My bugas are Shih Tzus’. Yes, I spoil both of my boys, they are sons’ I never had until 7 years ago. Now these two little guys are my ride or die companions. Needless to say that a lot of times some of the fondest memories are in the car.

Mimi was a street dog that saved me
Mimi was a street dog, she was the best dog ever! We found her on the streets and we brought her home. I was lonely at home because my mom was a single mother who worked for our future and fought for our lives, I was lonely but never alone because 'Mimi' was with me and rescued me from my depression and loneliness in a small town in Mexico where women learn to be warriors of life without the help of anyone, especially man with a macho perspective against women .I was learning English and reading out loud every word I repeat; Mimi was repeating-barking what I was saying while I was learning English with my dictionary (she was so funny.)😂 One of the bravest moments I spent with my dog Mimi was when in my town in México some thieves entered our house, she was the one who barked at them and woke us up, that's how we realized that they were stealing our things outside at dawn. There was something lying on the ground that mimi smelled and barked that was soap powder, one of the thieves had stolen clothes and a washing machine. My mother had bought big bags of soap powder and the thieves took them too, the funniest thing is what happened next; the large bag of soap had a very large hole which made it fall and when they stole all the soap it was thrown all the way until it could be seen up to two blocks away.😂Mimi sniffed everything and we followed the soap, it reached the thieves' house, we called the police and all the things were in that house and the police took them thanks to Mimi and the big bag of soap that was thrown, it was obvious that the thieves They were very stupid, it was either that or they were also drunk when they did this and the police caught them. Me and my family didn't know whether to feel sorry or laugh about the soap bag that gave them away.🤣

My heart dog
From the first moment we look into our pets eyes, we understand that someday we will face great heartbreak. It’s the burden we bear as pet lovers. But, where would we be without them? Who wants a quiet home when you could have the howl of a husky or the tapping of nails on the floor or furniture and everything else covered in hair? You never have to use the bathroom alone again because your squad is coming with and they have your back.

Macy Mae Goes Hiking
“We’re going to North Carolina for Thanksgiving,” my brother said quietly, “figured it would be nice to get away for a while.” He ran his hand absentmindedly over the Pitbull sprawled out across his lap; belly to the ceiling and head thrown back against my brother’s chest.

5 Simple Ways to Get Your Dog to Pay Attention.
Do you find yourself trying hopelessly to get your dog’s attention? Does “in one ear and out the other” sound familiar? Or does your dog find it easy to listen to you until he sees the dreaded mail carrier? Whatever the case, it’s important that us owners are able to capture and hold our dog’s attention. Just imagine the consequences if our dog ran onto a busy road and was not able to listen to us calling him back!

The Watchful Guardian
Before I was even old enough to process the concept of death my grandpa had passed. He was an important figure in my somewhat large family whom everybody loved and cherished to the highest degree. He was responsible for raising 7 children in the terrible conditions of Haiti and putting them all through school to the best of his ability. His passing deeply affected everybody but my mother in particular was hit the heaviest. While I had no recollection of her behavior towards this prior to getting our little companion, I definitely felt the energy in the house shift after we got our first pet. However, this wouldn't be until many years later.
