Dog
Proper nutrition is very important for new puppies. It is important, because puppies will go through an accelerated growth phase during the first 15 months of their lives, and having a diet that can provide the optimum base for stable growth without exceeding or the depleting of necessary elements is very, very important.

Dog
Selecting a well balanced and healthy diet for your dog can be a difficult albeit challenging task if you let it. The colorful branding and trendy packaging can easily get the best of you and obscure your discernment of a dog food product. The dog's diet is one best secret to keep your pet healthy and vibrant for many years to come. It's therefore important that you purchase a diet that will supply your pet with vital nutrients and enable it to thrive.

DOG
You may all know the importance of daily brushing and flossing for regular good health of your teeth and gums, but that's as humans and also thanks to dental health education being so updated today. But, did you stop to consider the fact that since science has revealed oral health benefits us by lowering our risk of cardiac problems, it could well be the same for our canine pals? Keeping this medical fact in mind, pet owners are advised to pay extra attention to cleaning their dog's teeth regularly to keep diseases such as plaque and tartar at bay; even a simple swipe across Fido's gums with a clean damp cloth should do the trick!

Kitten Picture Hoarder
One of my very good friends happens to be a cat breeder. Her specialty is oriental short hairs, and, in addition to breeding, is a regular at regional and national cat shows. She is fairly well known in the cat show circuit (not a very big but an extremely odd world) and a few of her treasured felines are heavily decorated champions. Her cattery is a business but it is a consistent money loser. Breeding and raising cats the right way is very expensive and even when your kittens can sell for upwards of $1,000 it is virtually impossible to turn a profit. Like almost all breeders (I wish I could say all but of course there are a few bad apples ) she is in it solely for the love of the cats and the breed. I have had the great pleasure of spending a considerable amount of time with some of her charges and they are very special indeed. I have also helped her on occasion with sales and with transfers and transport of kittens and cats between various breeders and buyers. If you are interested to learn more about the exciting world of cat transfers I’ve provided a link here about a particularly interesting case. It is a pretty funny story, truly, read it, now, go, go read it, please.

Daily fear of parenthood: Having a pet makes you even less inclined to have children
When I was in primary school, my parents raised a puppy. At that time, I didn't think it was difficult to keep a pet, because it was always my parents who took care of me. I only needed to play with the dog, but I never thought it would take training to keep the dog from barking, urinating or tearing down the house. My parents often say that raising a dog is just like raising a child. I couldn't understand it at the time, but I deeply agree with it in retrospect. If raising a life is like beating a game, then raising a pet is the primary task and raising a child is the ultimate boss difficulty.

What about pets that don't sell at pet stores?
1. To run a pet store on a commercial street, live pets must bring in at least 50% of the monthly income in order to break even. If the turnover does not continue to go up, the shop is difficult to support half a year. 2. Your pet store is located on the commercial side of the street, so you don't have to worry about the customer flow. The main problem now is the conversion rate. To increase conversion rates, you need to improve in several areas: optimize in-store display, control pet types, price according to cost, and use a few tricks to drive purchases. 3. Firstly, optimize the display in the store. Move the pet display cabinet to a location near the store door and floor-to-ceiling window, preferably one where you can see your pet as soon as you pass by on the street, so as to attract people into the store at the first time. 4. The vacancy rate of pet display cabinets should not exceed 30%, because when guests enter the store and find many empty cabinets, they will doubt "is the store going yellow?" . 5. Do not put pets of the same breed in the same row or column. It will appear that there are too few varieties and reduce the freshness of customers when they want to enter the store. For example, if there are all cats in the same row, put different breeds or, better yet, dogs and cats of different breeds in a row. 6. Secondly, determine the breed and number of pets. I suggest that you prepare at least 5 kinds of cats and 5 kinds of dogs, otherwise the audience will be relatively narrow and lose a lot of customers who want to buy. For example, some people only like Devon cat, the store just did not have, missed the opportunity to clinch a deal. 7. Here's another guest tip: Buy an adult race-level Muppet or Maine Coon as a store pet. These two breeds of cats have good personalities. They will take the initiative to be clichy and act like petties, which makes people can't help but touch them. One by one, they may improve customers' staying time in the store and give sales staff more time to promote pets. 8. As for pricing, the regular price of live pets is 1.5 to 3 times the cost, which can be adjusted according to the purchasing power of nearby people. 9. You may have thought about selling your pet at a discount in order to attract customers, but I recommend selling your pet at full price and giving away pet supplies. Since discounting the price of a pet would lose profits from a live pet, the gift fits the needs of first-time pet owners. Giving away essentials will make the customer feel more affordable, and it is recommended that the value of the gift be no more than 10% of the pet's sale price. 10. For example, if a customer buys a cat for 5,000 yuan, you will give him about 500 yuan of merchandise, which is usually a litter box, cat litter, cat food, etc. If the value of the gift is too large, it may make guests wonder, "you are so generous to give me so much, is not your pet selling price windfall profit, send so much you can earn a lot, I am not buying a loss". As for what goods to send, it is suggested that customers choose by themselves, more and less do not return. 11. Give you a few tips to promote the transaction: pay attention to the passers-by who stop to see animals, if you see people who stop for a minute or two and don't walk, that Ta is very interested, please Ta into the store to see, into the store will have some transaction possible. 12. If you catch a customer looking at a pet for more than five seconds after entering the store, you should offer to hold the pet after disinfection. Don't underestimate this and don't be afraid to scare the animals -- the majority of pet buyers are first-time pet owners, 70% of whom make impulse purchases, 30-50% of whom make impulse purchases while holding a pet. Women, in particular, are particularly likely to strike a deal at the moment. 13. You can also use a nice card next to the pet cabinet to write an anthropomorphic copy to capture the customer's affection. For example: I can accompany you to eat and sleep, no longer lonely; A hard day's work, touch I can decompress it; I am cute and have the potential to be a Douyin Internet star. Please take me home. 14. Last but not least, every day before the business, pets sold on the day should be wiped off their eyedroppings to ensure that they are clean and welcome customers in the best condition. The living cabinet should also be clean, there can not be feces, cat litter, miscellaneous hair in the cabinet, the glass should be wiped fully, in order to reflect the professional shop.

Dogs Are Even More Like Us Than We Thought
Owners of dogs are probably not surprised by the growing research indicating frequently that a dog behaves more like a human than a dog. As dogs can read facial expressions, express jealousy, show empathy, and even watch TV.
