The Largest Problem With Waiting Until You're Ready Does Not Work
It Is The Reason Why Most People Never Reach Their Goals

I have talked to many people over the years about the goals they have...
For their lives...
For their careers...
And there is one thing that I have heard more often than anything else.
What is it?
I will do it when I'm ready.
But here is what most people fail to realize...
98% of people end up on their deathbeds...
Regretting their lives.
Without fail...
On their deathbed...
They wish they would have pursued their goals...
Instead of waiting until they were ready.
But what happened?
How is it that so many people can go their entire lives...
Waiting to be ready...
But never feel like they are...
Until it is far too late?
There is actually an incredibly simple reason this happens...
That most people do not realize.
What is it?
You'll never be ready.
Now, be careful not to misinterpret what I'm saying...
You may never be "ready"...
But that is absolutely not the same thing as not being "capable".
Misinterpreting this is how most people go wrong.
Capability is the "ability" to do something.
Readiness is the "knowledge" that you are completely prepared to do something.
But that is the exact challenge...
If you have never "done" something...
You are literally unable to "know" that you are completely prepared.
It is not possible.
You cannot know.
If you have never done something...
There will always be some variables that you cannot be certain about...
Until you "do" the thing.
But if you "wait" until you feel "ready"...
You will always be waiting...
Simply because you'll never know until you begin to do.
Now, again, this has absolutely nothing to do with whether you are capable.
The truth is...
Most people are far more capable than they realize...
They "can" do the thing.
But...
You will never know you are ready until you attempt to do it.
Here's another thing...
Even if you attempt to do it...
And fail...
You're better off than never having attempted to do anything for a few reasons.
First, you might discover that what you were waiting on...
Was not worth it anyway.
But you will not know that unless you try it.
It is better to try and decide you no longer want to pursue it than it is to wait until it is too late and regret never trying.
Second, even if you try and fail...
You're better off.
Why?
If you are waiting until you are ready...
You do not know why you are or are not ready...
Because you have no experience.
But...
If you try and fail...
You at least can learn why you were not ready...
And it allows you to actually figure out what you need to do in order to become better if you decide to stay on that path.
That is what allows for growth...
It is what allows us to attain our goals and dreams.
Now, are there legitimate reasons that exist for not starting on a path?
Absolutely, there are.
I do not recommend being completely reckless with your life...
There are things we can do to prepare...
Sometimes there are priorities we must make...
Or there may be responsibilities that we should not ignore...
But...
If you are waiting until you are ready...
Just know that you will never be ready.
You may be capable...
Or able to grow into it if you are not yet...
But you will never know you're ready until you do...
So take courage...
Start.
