Upcycled life
Insanity is the tone I’ve been living, in case you did not know the definition of insanity. Repeatedly doing the same thing or action expecting a different outcome. Story of my life. After a year like 2020 I’m ready for anything else. 2021 will be different I know that’s what I always say and I am never wrong or right. It’s time to upcycle my life. So this time around a lot less yes, alot more no, well given the situation of course. Trying new things loving life unconditionally and live with purpose. I’ve narrowed it down on the things I need to change in my life and here is a list of them.

Focusing on Yours Truly
For some background context, I've had a very complicated on and off relationship with my mental health for about the past decade. And for most people, 2020 hit really hard. As an introvert, the months of quarantine were probably the best months of my life. I spent almost everyday taking some quiet time for myself. I got to read and/or write every day. And most importantly, I got the chance to focus on my mental health. My stress was at all time lows if not non-existence.

A Positive Psychology Response to Change
Introduction The age of the Unthinkable. The world we once knew is going away. We are in the eye of the storm of change. The industrial age that we knew has been taken over by the information age. This story will present a novel idea developed to help how we respond to such a radical shift and choose to embrace change rather than hate change. The impact of this radical change is affecting every aspect of our lives. The way we connect and spend time as families has been altered. The way we communicate with our friends is less intimate. Our jobs have changed. We had to adapt to new tools and technology. These new tools are incrementally increasing our job scope. Consequently, we are required to learn new skill sets to keep up with the new technology and evolving job roles. The trajectory and future of the world we know is becoming more and more uncertain and unpredictable. What kind of world will our children and grandchildren experience? Are we destroying the world? Will technology destroy the human race? How should I attempt to make sense of all the change that is happening around me? These are some questions that many of us are asking.

4 Powerful Keys of Structured
I have been considering creativity more than normal. It's easy to get pulled from the force of social networking, YouTube and also the accessibility to amusement constantly at our hands. For me the alternative is to reestablish my passion for the energy of an agenda.

Triangle of Life
Living a life of purpose means being on the toes to attain the desired value out of your time and efforts. Whatever you desire depends on how you plan to achieve it and not on the absolute nature of the task. One can achieve a very challenging task with accurate planning and miss a straightforward task when no plan is in place.

Bricks in the Wall.
T/W: assault, drugs, abuse It's been exactly a year now, to the day, since I was drowning in the epicentre of convulsions, depression, anxiety, & painfully crippling withdrawals. I remember on this day, saying to myself; "I can't do this anymore. I can't keep fighting. I am EXHAUSTED, & all I want is to come up for some air. Every single part of me has died." & yet - much to my gratitude - I did not quit. I've managed to tower over that hell of an ordeal & come out on the other side, able to look back in & feel so proud of myself for being as stubborn & headstrong as I am (for once).

Bloom
There is much emphasis on finding your purpose. Paying attention to that which lights you up inside, finding your own true north. And while this is a necessary piece of our own personal and spiritual development, and while our journey is a solitary journey, there is also another just as important piece, and that is to be aware of how our own unique purpose is connected to the collective.

Sometimes You Just Have to be Done...
Sometimes you just have to be done. Something triggered me yesterday. Heart breaking, dream crushing news got me bad. And I wanted to curl up in a ball, hide in the dark, and the thought of never coming out of the blankets occurred to me as a really brilliant idea. How genius, if I stay here in bed forever, I will never have any problems again. I wont have to deal with the current problems I do have. I am so smart, SMRT. Seriously though... the world keeps turning. Sometimes I'm not exactly sure how, but it does.

What 2020 Taught Me
2020... You were just awful to most of the world, but not to me. Why was I spared? Sure, I lost my job along with everyone else. But somehow, I'm okay. I continue to be okay. In fact, I'm better off financially now than I was a year ago.

Understanding Self-Esteem
SELF-ESTEEM DEFINED It is interesting how sometimes a person you've never met can walk into a room and you can detect if they have high or low self-esteem; a timid voice, poor social skills, a lack of assertiveness, or the opposite, like an aggressive nature all point to signs of low self-esteem. But a head held high, a wide smile, a confident humble kind demeanor, these are all qualities of someone with high self-esteem. Everyone wants it but unfortunately, we cannot achieve it by snapping our fingers. Self-esteem is a complex concept, so let us start with the definition.
