Running Away
I ran away from my first marriage. It was easy. After finding out he had been unfaithful, I packed my things and left. My friends congratulated me on being so brave. I told myself I was courageous and deserved better, which was true, but I knew the darker side to that truth. I didn’t try to work things out because it would have been too hard.

Stay on Top of Things
It can be hard for a lot of us these days given what’s going on in the world. It is easy to be stressed out, anxious, and generally worried about the future. I would say that on the whole people don’t do well with uncertainty and not knowing what the future holds. It can be quite daunting not know what will happen a month from now, six months from now, or even a year from now. When I think of myself who prefers certainty and planning things out on a week-by-week basis, it can be frustrating to have to change or amend plans due to lack of feasibility or to remember that the world has changed, and you have to adapt to it.

The Year Of...
The air was swirling with the hints of cinnamon and apples. The tiny kitchen was crowded with party guests, all huddling around the petite kitchen table which overflowed with homemade appetizers and goodies. In the center of table sat the night's prized possession; a freshly baked apple pie complete with birthday candles in the center. It was November 2017 and we had all gathered around the celebrate Heather's birthday.

What is Law of Attraction by John Szepietowski
According to John Szepietowski, the law of interest is a perspective suggesting that positive evaluations bring positive results into a person's life, while unfriendly considerations bring inverse outcomes. It relies on the conviction that pieces of information are such energy and that positive energy pulls in achievement in every regular issue, including prospering, records, and affiliations. While the Law of Attraction has made thought starting late due to books like "The Secret," it needs sagacious affirmation for its cases and is generally seen as a pseudoscience.

How To Fix Yourself In Case You Ever Break
I think compassion is the only term we need, paired with patience. But then again, those are two words not one. Yet one in this case cannot exist without the other as it is the synergy of compassion and patience, the self-love multiplied by time giving us that healing unguent we would need in case of crack. The glue of healing.

Act of kindness even through a dating app.
It has been almost two years since I’ve joined a dating app. Not only to get to know people out of my cocoon whether it’s only for a night or as friends, but also to stay social offline and online specially during the pandemic. As a 21 years old “gay” man who immigrated from Iran to Australia, I felt the need to make connections in order to understand the culture, here in Melbourne city.

Hope Cultivated
The only surprise that came with 2020 for me was the Covid-19 virus, the season of life I was in had long been on lockdown. As I sat at the park and thought of how stagnant my life had been a refreshing thought popped up in my mind “you’re still standing though”. As refreshing as it was, I was upset it made me feel refreshed. I had been down this road too many times, I wallow in the thoughts of my life’s predicaments, amidst those thoughts comes one with refreshing words that I always recognize, a glimpse of hope is birthed, I cultivate the thought, gather the bits of strength left in me and put it to work as I hope for the best. But again nothing works and I’m back to square one, wallowing. It’s a cycle I thought. So, this time, that refreshing thought wasn’t going to play me again. I refused it.

Here are Simple Tips to Increase Your Daily Morale!
“Respect yourself and others will respect you.” ― Confucius, Sayings of Confucius. Even though we might live in a hostile world, and perhaps encounter with life obstacles. It is not simple, but make sure you put yourself first at all costs. I have been documenting the following tips in my journal, and I can wholeheartedly say these tactics worked for me and still work. I believe that we ought to live in happiness and have self-respect for our own will. I'm sure this can be said than done, but in my years of overcoming obstacles I can only say that the following tactics have worked and helped most of my mentees.

Looking At Our Resistance
We all experience resistance. We don't get to the gym, start cooking more and eating out less or break up with that person who makes us miserable. We have a million varied excuses for these deflections. We don't have time. We're stressed out. It's almost Valentine's Day. Deep down, we know that these are just rationalizations. We absolve ourselves from the guilt of things left undone, even if those things are actually really important. Why do we do this?
