Here are Simple Tips to Increase Your Daily Morale!
How could we bring serenity in our life?

Even though we might live in a hostile world, and perhaps encounter with life obstacles. It is not simple, but make sure you put yourself first at all costs. I have been documenting the following tips in my journal, and I can wholeheartedly say these tactics worked for me and still work. I believe that we ought to live in happiness and have self-respect for our own will. I'm sure this can be said than done, but in my years of overcoming obstacles I can only say that the following tactics have worked and helped most of my mentees.
Set up Timetable : Keeping a set schedule during unprecedent times is essential for daily morale maintenance. According to Cherry, Kendra "The Importance of Maintaining Structure and Routine During Stressful Time" suggests that doing the following implementations effectively leads to structured daily productive day:
1. Do manageable daily lists by dividing the responsibilities into smaller tasks.
2. Take breaks in between each activity you completed to get sense of control and improve your concentration on next task.
3. Plan weekly self care in your schedule and do something you enjoy.
Care: Self-care is an essential aspect of living as a sound and effective person. This is the buzz word around the world especially among professionals, but we as a whole often take out of the context. Think outside of the box, don’t limit your creativity in finding relaxing. For example, journal, take a walk, draw, and take a warm and soothing bath. There are a plethora of things you can reach your full potential for personal care and build interpersonal understand with serenity.
When people don't have a routine or structure to their day it can cause increased stress and anxiety, as well as overwhelming feelings, lack of concentration, and focus.

Structured day doesn't only manage your daily productivity, but this is a gain in your wholeheartedly wellbeing. Research findings concluded that effective daily routines play integral part in our mental health as well. For example, setting a conventional day to day schedule lowers the following health factors:
{} Stress and Anxiety related factors.
{} Create a good habits
{} Awareness of your overall health
{} Boost your energy flow and mental concentration
Respect: When we respect ourselves, this sends a positive signal to our brain which unlocks the very self-criticism. In other words, it is imperative to believe in yourself by respecting and embracing your thoughts. For example, practice self-validating messages with yourself and believe in your guts by acknowledging that you matter.
Love: This is a shallow notion at times, but believe or not; the most critical aspect of self-worth is living in a life where the person fully accepts and creates an unbreakable intimacy within their soul.
Spirituality: Spirituality is an important aspect of our lives and to take some time to connect with the creator. This is also a way of meditating or reading scriptures and pondering on the verses without thinking about anything else. For me, I usually pray five times a day and this helps me to complete my day with peace and gratitude.
Then what: Everything mentioned above is only beneficial when you dedicate to yourself. No matter what year we are in, it's always important to change something from the current lifestyle we're to better for our future. I am here with you in this journey and wholeheartedly believe that it takes a village to change a bad habit to establish a life full of serenity and calmness.
