Beware of the mental noise around you!
What exactly is mental cacophony? It is the persistent chattering of the mind that never ceases to be heard or felt. The propensity of the mind to think continually is referred to as arousal. Inner monologue, also known as internal monologue, is a continuous discussion that takes place in the mind's thoughts. An internal monologue that continually examines everything about your life, your surroundings, and the people you encounter is what I'm referring to. This voice in my brain simply keeps talking and talking and talking!
