Tunnel Vision
She belongs to the city she belongs to the nights heart beating out of darkness not knowing she’s really LIGHT All night damn near all gotdayum day it’s not okay you got bullshit coming your way, wish hope and pray for better days I’m in a masquerade chasing paper all kinds of gimmicks tricks moves and shakes ,feet pounding the pavements no place is safe or stable, no place is home my true comfort zone wherever I Rome, so much to see be and do a different way of living lawless some wouldn’t believe or even have a clue a lot of action ,magic anything you want or thought you never need making up your own rules in these fuckn streets people questioning me saying WHO RAISED YOU

Navigating
I’m walking to my destination mysteriously feeling some way it is bittersweet and pulling my heartstrings wait I lost my place am I going the right way my emotions has taken over I’m trying to forget and shake this energy making me want to overthink not paying attention of my surroundings I have no control over what’s causing me to go the same direction repeatedly get ahold of my thoughts and stop tripping literally and figuratively making sure I know where I’m heading just navigating and negating I suppose I know where I’m going nothing looks familiar infact it’s quite frieghtning and full of uncertainty

COUSIN
When your clouds were dark and grey, I tried to be a beacon a glimpse of sunshine, using words of encouragement in every way. I wish you never felt like things were never going to get better or be okay, We had some good times laughing and acting crazy. My job was to always reassure you that things will get better and you are going to be okay, but that wasn't the case. Now I'm left with a hole in my heart and questions that will never be answered has taken up space. You're no longer here in the physical, it's way beyond my mental trying to comprehend that I will never see you again. I did Everything in my power to let you know that I was here for you. This pain is not easy and although sometimes I cry, I must continue to live my life. Your spirit is strong and present. I love you Cousin I miss you,I am keeping your legacy of what you were trying to build alive Defying Odds Pursuing Excellence that is D.O.P.E.

LAW
LAW- A binding custom or practice of a community: A rule of conduct or action prescribed or formally recognized as binding or enforced by a controlling authority It takes a village to raise a child, most agencies organizations and politicians missed out on that message, So many have failed the community and people, unless as it’s has been proven in many different cases the conduct and practices put in place has not upheld the law they became Lawless so it seems the people that declares rights entitlement and patriotism are far from the reality of this Lawlessness if you will, eventually The Lawless will cross paths and eventually have no other choice by fault or default non exempt will meet LAW.

HOME OF THE BRAVE
I pledge allegiance to the flag...the what..put your right hand over your heart that’s where it all started, Already I was initiated in this fake, overpowering,non-realistic place....and justice for all..YEAH RIGHT!!! Why did I have to go through that whole speech that was thrown, forced and pushed upon me, no justice for all when Black and Brown brothas and sistas make up the nation's prisons and jail walls, unemployment, poverty, basic needs is scarce and far beyond the human capacity, What can this flag do for me, when throughout history it has been shown and written I'm not of good company

LIFE
This is the most I ever felt alive, I am beyond bliss your embrace the look upon my face as strong hands grasps my hips your scent as I am swept away and caught up in deep kisses did I mention how alive I felt as if I will or never can escape death, as I am wrapped in your arms heavy breathing sweaty palms body heat our temperature rises I’m passed suspense and surprises it’s a feeling that recognize you and I as we catch each other and star gaze with our eyes, we lay and have nothing planned lost in a daze embracing and stroking our bodies and face, my soul has awaken it will never die we are beyond connected forever soul ties, the most I’ve ever felt more than alive.

SOMEONE ELSE
Whenever I leave this mess, this so called place named EARTH, My biggest fear or regret is not being able to live life fully and abundantly, simply by just being ME...ME comes with a lot, ME comes with realness and SOUL, to live life as someone else causes a great amount of stress. Only a select slim small few can let me be myself, Others claim they love and accept, yet I have to be complacent and someone else. They live and act a certain way, say what they want without shame or disgrace, comfortable and damn proud. A walking contradiction yet label and place me under terms and conditions abusing their authority in hopes of breaking me. I simply shine even while I'm going through it, becoming someone else, I will be someone else, ME comes with a lot, ME comes with realness and soul, to live life as someone else comes with a great amount of stress, Only a small select few can honestly allow ME TO BE MYSELF.
