How to heal fully and properly.
WHO AM I?
The identity of one’s true self could never be known in a short and brief amount of time. It is a masterpiece that has to go through a million wrong and right strokes to make oneself the best of its kind and also the best in this market of a million souls. The more lost you feel, the better will be, the process of finding. To conquer yourself, you must lose a whole lot in the process. The losing is hard, yet, very much pleasing when one is introduced to the very reason behind it. But, like they say,"You must trust the process".

3 Ways To Sleep When You’re Insomniac.
Why sleep is necessary There are many reasons why sleep is necessary. Sleep helps to restore the body and mind. It gives the body time to repair itself and the mind time to rest. Sleep also helps to improve focus and concentration. It can also help to improve mood and reduce stress levels. Insomnia is a condition that prevents people from getting enough sleep. People with insomnia may have difficulty falling asleep, or they may wake up frequently during the night. Insomnia can be caused by stress, anxiety, medications, or other medical conditions. There are several ways to treat insomnia. Some people may need medication to help them sleep. Others may need to change their lifestyle habits, such as avoiding caffeine before bedtime or establishing a regular sleep schedule. Some people may also need to see a therapist to help them deal with underlying issues that are causing their insomnia. Many people have trouble sleeping and find it difficult to fall asleep. Anyone who has ever had insomnia knows this feeling all too well. There are many reasons for insomnia so the trick is finding a way to get back on track. I’m about to share 3 ways that work! 1. Create a sleep soothing environment One of the best things you can do to ease your insomnia is to create a sleep-friendly environment in your bedroom. You might also want to consider investing in a comfortable mattress and pillow. If you live in a noisy area, you might want to invest in a white noise machine or earplugs to help you block out disruptive sounds. If light is an issue, consider using an eye mask or blackout curtains. Creating an optimal sleep environment can make a big difference in your quality of sleep. So take the time to create a space that will help you get the rest you need! 2. Take an Epsom salt bath before bed There are a few things you can do to help you sleep when you’re insomniac. One of those things is to take an Epsom salt bath before bed. Epsom salt is a natural sedative and can help to relax your body and mind. It also has magnesium, which is known for its ability to improve sleep quality. To take an Epsom salt bath, add two cups of Epsom salt to a warm bath and soak for 20 minutes. You can also add a few drops of lavender oil to the bath for even more relaxation. After your bath, make sure to drink plenty of water and avoid caffeine for the rest of the night. Then, get into bed and relax until you fall asleep. 3. Ask your partner to stay away from electronics during certain hours of the night If you’re an insomniac, one of the best things you can do is to have your partner avoid using electronics during certain hours of the night. This includes phones, laptops, tablets, and TVs. The light emitted from these devices can interfere with your body’s natural sleep cycle. If your partner can avoid using them during the few hours before you go to bed, it will help you sleep better. In addition to avoiding electronics, your partner can also help you sleep by doing things like reading or taking a bath before bed. These activities will help you relax and fall asleep more easily. If you’re struggling with insomnia, talking to your partner about ways they can help you sleep is a good first step. There are many things they can do to make it easier for you to get the rest you need. Conclusion If you’re struggling with insomnia, don’t despair — there are ways to sleep when you’re insomniac. You may need to experiment with different techniques to find what works best for you, but eventually you’ll be able to get the restful sleep you need. Sweet dreams!

The downside of the single life
There are so many things to love about the single life, being unattached, not having to answer to anyone, not having to clean up behind a messy mate, having your bed all to yourself, and not having to check in, but there is indeed a downside. Eventually, at some point, you feel alone, you drift into sadness, the feeling of once again wanting someone by your side. Once you get to that place in your singleness, you begin to think of how boring and sad and sucky... ( i know that's not a word) :-) The single life is... it's not all that you thought it was cracked up to be.

My People
Several years ago, as I sat in the nosebleed section of an old church in downtown Minneapolis, Minnesota, I didn’t even bother to wipe away tears. Brené Brown, the well-known research professor, lecturer, author, and podcast host, spoke from her heart about courage and vulnerability, loneliness and doing hard things. She admonished about the ‘sorted-ness’ of our culture, about the destruction caused by dehumanization, and the power of speaking honestly with kindness, regardless of the outcome. Her words were powerful. And she got me thinking about My People.

The Shepherd
Then Jesus told them this parable: 4 “Suppose one of you has a hundred sheep and loses one of them. Doesn’t he leave the ninety-nine in the open country and go after the lost sheep until he finds it? 5 And when he finds it, he joyfully puts it on his shoulders 6 and goes home. Then he calls his friends and neighbors together and says, ‘Rejoice with me; I have found my lost sheep.’ 7 I tell you that in the same way there will be more rejoicing in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous persons who do not need to repent. Trigeminal Neuralgia - The Big Pain in My Face
Trigeminal Neuralgia*: A chronic facial condition that is catagorized as an invisible illness. This condition involves damage to the fifth cranial nerve in the face. It is also known as Tic Douloureux. The Trigeminal Nerve has three branches that go across the face, with multiple little 'fingers' that grow from them. The branches are the Opthalmic which refers to the eyes, upper eyelids, and forehead, the Maxillary referring to the nerves that go through your cheeks, nose, lower eyelids, upper lip, and gums. The mandibular which goes through the lower part of your face that includes the jaw, lower lips, and gums. One or all branches can be involved in the pain reaction signals.
