How to heal fully and properly.
I Jumped In
I jumped in. I was a life- guard and I surveyed the pool adamantly in order to detect weather or not I may need to save a life. It was serious to me, and I recall having repetitively counted each and every swimmer in the pool, and with eyes like a hawk I watched for signs of struggle as a professional life-guard.

Love
Born from two feelings, out to a world given to be enjoyed and to appreciate. Life comes with a warmth, life comes with an open love. Wars and hate, grays the light of love. Love brings joy into the hearts of men and women. If we close our eyes and hold hands, we don't see black, or brown. We don't feel hate, or unlike. We feel a hand warming our hand, we feel a life and not death.

Living in the Dark, Staring at the Sun
I’d never been more afraid. No sounds of pursuit, and a light at the end of the tunnel. Yet I was terrified, nearly petrified. Nearly scared enough to turn around and run back the way I’d come, back to that awful place of filth and delayed, slow death. At least I knew what was back there. I’d been surviving it for years.

Impossibilities
It always seems impossible until it is done. The funny thing about this statement is that it is so true. There have been many situations I have found myself in because of other people that I would get lost in trying to help others reach their goals and dreams and forgetting all about myself. There have been so many things that I have put on hold because I wanted to see the other person win, but at the same time, after they have won, I am the one left feeling so the type of way. After all, now they think I am beneath them because they gained something I was the one to help build with them, not against them.

Are You Paying Attention to Your Attention?
Choose Your Day We need to keep our minds open to new information and keep our attention focused on what is important so we can make choices that will move us towards our goals in life. I don’t intend to blame social media for distracting us and creating new addictions. Just as we avoid toxic chemicals in our lives, we have to learn how to block out forces that will eat away at our time. We must be able to live in the present moment and take the day as it unfolds, directing and moving towards progress. We must literally choose our day and choose what we're going to pay attention to. We need to consciously move away from activities that falsely make the brain feel like something is good, when in fact it's a waste of our energy, a waste of our time, and a waste of our precious attention.

Reasons for Reiki
You will find many articles that will tell you why you or the general public should reiki. You will find many resources that tell you the positive benefits to all areas of health and wellness - physical, mental, spiritual. You will find medical professionals recommending the practice for a multitude of provable reasons. Usually, I am a big supporter of facts. The concrete. The tangible.

No contact
At times it seems as if going no contact gets lost in translation instead of recognizing it as a need for distance in order for self growth from both parties it gets viewed as a grudge; silly petty differences or a unwillingness to find resolution for the dispute in the ways that the opposing person wants.

Life is precious
We all are so engaged in our lives that no one acknowledges that our lives are so precious. Life is a gift given to us to make the best out of it. It is a celebration in itself, glorify it, and cherish it every single day. Life is very short to be wasted, to give up on our plans, to stay far away from the people we love. We are ageing every day. We don't know how much time is remaining for us so being content and finding and executing our purpose should be our goal. We all should 5 by 5 rule in our lives. If something you think is not going to happen in the next five years so don't stress about it for more than 5 minutes a day.
