happiness
Happiness, defined; things that help you find happiness, keep it, and share it with others.
By 16, I had no reason to be happy, but this happened...
Life as you know it, was never the same - that night. My worst nightmare came to life I was speeding for my life, swerving, changing lanes where there was no lane - praying I make it home alive. He wanted me dead that night.

Happy Feet
I would love to start this ramble off with a little science lesson. Endorphins, also referred to as natural pain relievers, are neurochemicals produced in your central nervous system and pituitary gland that when released can take you as Drake would say “0 to 100 real quick”. How do we get these bad boys released you may wonder?

A Garden Plot
FROM SPA TO FARM So I'm thumbing through the pages of a spa magazine between massages. It's a typical Sunday in Aspen, Colorado at O2 Aspen. Lately, I had come upon a new artist named Edgar Allen Isokov. I don't really know how I came upon his music, but lately it has inspired me. I found him late one evening a couple months back as I'm hunkered in my room and the darkness outside is making me feel the Colorado winter blues that can occasionally present themselves between skiing on occasion. His song "San Louis" comes up on my Youtube feed. I click the link and immediately the anxiety is lifted. He instantly became a big inspiration after that and a cover that my band had to learn. Rewind back to the spa and as I'm flipping through the pages I come upon his picture in the spa magazine! The article will soon reveal to me that the artist is in between touring is and has been an organic farmer for many years and now practices his green thumb for about four months of the year between tours. The article goes onto interview him and I take away that his music has been very much influenced by the soil and the growth of all things plant like. Later that year I would discover the band "Khrungbing" and find how their music is influenced by cows, but that's another story for another time, although life progression would have it that my grandma is currently moving out to Texas with a lot of my Dad's side of the family to live on a farm there. It's then that the wheels in my mind start turning as I've learned that coincidences are equivocally always miracles.

The World Is Your Playground
We are currently living in some difficult times with covid-19 entering all our lives and interruping our normal daily routine, and over the past few months we have had to create new routines to adapt to our circumstances. Majority gyms have been closed leaving us to find other alternatives to stay active and fit. If your life is anything like mine, that may be a difficult task with trying to balance a full time job working over 60 hours a week, being a parent as well, and also being in a relationship. People would ask where do you find the time to do anything else with the little time you have in between that. It’s simple you make the time for it. There is an old saying that goes “people make time for the things that they really want to do”. That old saying is true. If you are really passionate about doing something you will find the time in your busy schedule for it and that includes being active!

Find the sunshine
There's a gray day on the surface, we've all seen it once or twice. The moment we awake, we see the clouds looming down upon us. We are hurdled into what is wrong, each stress we think we have. The good goes out the window like the sun that wasn't there.

We Just KEPT TRYING
There once was a summer that tried to take every thing away from us. Leaders in our world, family of all ages, places that we felt were sacred, things we didn’t realize we touched as much as we did, hope, faith, strength, kindness, and the warmth of hugs. But, instead of giving in, most of us did the most radical thing we could do during this time: Kept Trying. We had professional photoshoots through windows. We held virtual music concerts and poetry slams. We constructed family meetings over FaceTime. We changed laws and lives by walking the streets with strangers. We fell in love from a distance, literally. We meditated and had church online as one, from different countries. We redecorated stores and communities with powerful artistic messages. We reinvented ourselves and the way the world has been shaped. We. Did. That.

My Peace
My motivation is my “peace” of mind. Oftentimes, I feel like the majority of the world is on “autopilot”. Most people live day-to-day, going through the motions - so absorbed with work, kids, their social life, bills, etc. - that they forget to take the time to love themselves. We tend to get so caught up in things that don’t make a single difference to anyone but us: the kind of car we drive, the size of our house, what model our phone is. When we all inevitably reach the end of our lives, will any of that really matter? Should we strive to make those insignificant things our legacy or strive for more and dig for something deeper- like our SANITY?

Exhale
The world in which we all inhabit, is packed so full of impressions, fast forward mindsets, mindless scrolling, destinations to explore, goals to reach and days far too short for everything that needs to be done: thus we are robbed of our presence; our peace and our joy of existing in the journey towards the morrow; to create the memories we’ll one day look back at. I found that for me to remain sane in this world, I needed a pause button.

Childhood Memories
I am grateful for all the hours of my life, but that does not mean I relish in recalling them all. Yet there is one, distinct minute of a memory often neglected that is worth recalling: that moment when your imagination is ignited by the landscape.

The Best Meaning of life (remade): Gratitude
The meaning of life: Gratitude, being grateful, helps you see what's there when it isn't. What I say is, "I am grateful for the life I have, not wanting anything that I don't need that I cannot work for myself and appreciating everything I do have.", I also say, "I am happy and grateful to just be alive and breathing. Please do not give me anything I cannot work for and earn myself". If you truly do have this attitude, then I think you will be able to know what to say more times than not. And I believe this is the key to perfect peace. If you are not able to say this, you might be an alien. If you are an alien you are not a human being or a good person, thus getting yourself into a lot of trouble when you want to be a good person. And all good people who are grateful, as I am, have all of my love and I think also, the love of the best people on earth~ However, it is urgent to follow everything I wrote about gratitude, just trying your best should be good enough. For the sake of perfect peace, being calm and collected, believing in yourself, and becoming the type of person you've dreamed of to be is also important~ Also please do not use drugs and alcohol, these will slowly kill your mind and body~ There's always sexual stimulation I think unless that's the same as drugs and alcohol~ Also if you say peace, this originates from the concept of P.C.E. [PATAY Cake, Everyone = Positively All of The Above, Yay....and the cake is just there to make things sound better. You can think of it as, "this is a piece of cake," and any other creative ways u can think of~). If you say this to situations you're not sure of, then you will always be right~! Because(x)5~ this kind of life I am writing about IS THE BEST DREAM HUM (come) TRUE~ !! 💝💗🖤💙💚💝💘💖💗💓💞💕❣️🖤🖤💟💙💚💜🧡💛❤️

The Joy of Movement
When I was a little girl I remember coming home from school, around the age of 11 or 12, and turning on the CD player. I had a case full of CDs with music from every era (much gratitude to my parents for helping me accumulate my collection). I would come home and no matter what kind of day I experienced - good or bad, or somewhere In between, I would DANCE! I would dance myself into a sweat! I would dance to whatever tune the music crooned.
