It's Monday again… Monday has showed it's face once again at the start of a new week. Many are already praying for the the upcoming weekend and the week just started. Why is that? Why are Monday's so dreadful? I am going to venture to say that as it's not that way for all but most have bad habit's that don't position themselves to take Monday head on, full speed ahead. Now don't get me wrong here I am not saying that Mondays are easy by any means. A lot of times they are the beginning of the 9–5 type work week, which typically comes with a list of "to do" and new tasks for the week. Whatever day you are starting your week on it can be overwhelming, so I am going to list a few items you can do to help increase your productivity so you can start strong! It doesn't matter where you start or when you start as long as you start! Developing good habits which we will touch in below will position you for success. So let's Jump into it!

I Was Average at Everything I Did Until I Learned How to Do This
If I had to use one word to describe the majority of my life, the word that comes to mind is “mediocre”. Don’t get me wrong, I’ve always worked really hard at stuff, but for most of my life, mediocrity was my middle name. I had mediocre grades, I was a mediocre athlete, a mediocre friend, and I had a haunting sense of my limits that followed me everywhere I went. I was busy, but I was never exceptional.

Can You Be Happy In Isolation?
After almost two years of social distancing and pandemic paranoia, how are you feeling? Are you struggling to be happy? Are you overwhelmed by the pressure, the loss, the chaos, the uncertainty, and the division of people over what would have seemed ridiculous just a couple of years ago?

Want to Be Happier? Ask Yourself This Important Question Every Day
Several years ago, a work colleague signed off from our conversation with two little words that struck me deeply. It wasn’t the usual “See ya”, or “Take care” or a plain old “Goodbye”, but rather something at the time I found unusual. Something that I have always remembered and now choose to live my life by.

Waking up at 40
It’s crazy really, the way words can affect you. Kind words, harsh words-some break you and some build you up. They all build me up now. That wasn’t always the case. Everyone has words that changed them good or bad. For some it’s a quote. A music lyric. Mine came to me from the oddest of places.

Change Your Life for the Better
Even though we're often told that the past is in the past and we should never look back, it's sometimes nice to take a look behind us to see how far we've come. Reflecting on how our lives were before can help us realise how much we've improved our lives and how much better we're doing now.

Letting Go
We try so hard to move but even harder to hold on. We hate the way bad experiences make us feel but can't seem to let go of the actual memory. Life can truly be wicked sometimes. Ever since I was a little girl I have been trying to rid myself of memories that caused me pain. I know deep down, that the pain should be used as fuel to become a wiser person, but what happens when that fuel blows up and creates more damage. Residual trauma is what I call it. The thing that just keeps on giving. As someone who's actively trying to heal from old scars, I've hated the work involved, because it feels never ending and on top of that rewardless, at least for now.

My Guardian Angel Encounter
For my entire life, I always had the feeling that I was surrounded by guardian angels. At a young age, I was in tune with my surroundings and of secret messages given to me while I slept. Call it intuition or that 'inner voice' that gives you the answers every time you ask. Many times, I'd go to sleep wondering where I left something, ask my angels, "where did I put that?" and the next day, I'd suddenly remember. Maybe it was just my subconscious brain telling me or maybe I was actively communicating with my angels. Whatever it was, I knew that there was something more out there, something not explained by religion or scientific reason and I remember vividly talking out loud to some unseen spirit or spirits that I knew hovered over me.
