happiness
Happiness, defined; things that help you find happiness, keep it, and share it with others.
Procrastination is a hurdle to your success
Procrastination is quite basic and straightforward. It is a convenient approach to avoid having to accomplish anything. Procrastination and putting off chores that we don't want to perform are easy to undertake since they demand little effort on our part. If we put things off for a long period, this conduct eventually becomes a habit. Is it feasible to quit one's procrastinating tendency once and for all? Although it is attainable, you must work to achieve it.

How I came to love myself
I decided to write this article to Vocal as a means of healing and inspiration to those who have trouble loving who they already are. There is so much negativity in today's world; we have so many people who can't find anything better to do than verbally or physically abuse someone else. We need to have the courage to do three things. One; keep all negative people out of our lives if possible. Two; realize that it is not us that is the problem, it is them. Three; love ourselves and not change for the sake of others liking us. I learned that lesson a long time ago.

Peeling Off The Mask
Everyday has always been the same for me, just on different days. For the most part from the age fifteen until twenty nine, I've spent my life in a bubble, in fear of the outside world. I worried about the "what ifs," the "what wills," and the "whys" that people all too often asked and joked about when it came to my living status. The way I dressed, the way I spoke, and the way I spoke was filtered and seconded because I depended on others opinions of me.

Doing Nothing, in a Good Way
A few days into the new year, my daughter decided to make her room look less cluttered and more grown-up. She had some birthday money, so we went looking for a few things that might, in her words, “be good for vibing.” If you don’t have a newly-minted teenager, allow mine to explain vibing: “It’s like hanging out and doing nothing, but in a good way.”

Here's to Waaaaay More Fun!
Apparently, I missed it. National Festival of Sleep Day on January 3rd. There’s a whole following. Not a huge loss as I routinely sleep well, (apart from occasional nightmares as a child and after the birth of my first child.) But to spend the day in pajamas knowing others around the world are doing the same might have been pretty synchronicity cool.

Starting From Scratch
When making any signature dishes for a cookout everyone at the cookout wants to know if it’s made from scratch? Who made the macaroni? Who made the potato salad, was it made from scratch? Why do so many people care if it’s from a box or can? Did we ever wonder why so many people don’t cook from scratch? Why do we depend on mothers, aunties, and grandmas to start from scratch? Why don’t we expect the brothers, sisters, cousins, and kids to cook from scratch?

A Soulmate Calling
"Major Depression" I was 24, didn't have a sense of self, I felt that I needed to find myself. I felt as if I needed to find something, I didn't know what that was. I had everything that I wanted, a boyfriend of 10 years, lots of clothes, and whatever I desired. But it was like I had nothing, material objects just didn't cut it for me, for they will be here long after I'm gone. I had to go within myself, to really find myself. I knew this, but It never happened so I just did what people normally do. Go to the doctor and they gave me medicine, it numbed the pain, I thought it was the way for a long time and then one day I started to wean myself off the medication because I needed to feel again. I decided to ride and it was the greatest feeling but only lasted so long. I lived in a small town called Wallkill, New York, in the countryside with a well-known race track right behind my house called "The Playboy Track", the locals used it to practice for all the big races that come to life in the spring, I was one of them. I love to ride, it's nothing like anything in the world, I always feel free when I'm riding. AMA stands for American motorist Association. Then one day I had a calling, from a soul that need me, that needed me to love her, I didn't know who or what it was yet. Riding freed me but not in totality, I had to find and seek something of the unknown, it hasn't happened yet. Maybe I wasn't ready. So riding will have to do for now.

Next Lifetime.
We grow older and parts of us begin to fade away more and more as we create new versions of ourselves... but what happens to the old us? What happens to the games we used to love to play growing up? What happens to the drawings we drew and proudly gave to our parents every day after school? What happens to the broken hearts we felt when our heart was crushed for the first time? What happens to all of the passions we once had, that we lost when we grew up and were thrown into the real world? What happens to us as we shed our old selves and create new ones that better fit who we are in that moment? When we become parents? When we become spouses? What happens to the old us when our parents pass away? What happens to us when we gain responsibilities and depend on ourselves in order to survive our everyday lives?

How to successfully pass all the obstacles for success
Some individuals just "get it," while others do not. When we look at very successful individuals, we frequently conclude that they just possess something completely special that we do not possess — super-intellect, some wonderful gene for creativity and street smarts, or some other characteristic that we simply do not possess. As a result, we accept the truth that we will never be able to match their grandeur and instead choose to appreciate the modest joys that we can create for ourselves instead.
