happiness
Happiness, defined; things that help you find happiness, keep it, and share it with others.
I took on the Super Bowl and lost…… Or did I?
A couple weeks ago I was talking with a wonderful friend about an idea I had for a special Galentine’s event. My vision was to bring women together and talk about love, relationships and sacred sexuality. I asked her, “Should I do a Sunday event? Is it a good day?” She replied back, “Everyday is a good day, you just have to try.”

Shed Pounds, Not Hope.
Weight loss is possible. Losing some body fat, slimming down a bit (or a lot), and looking and feeling healthier are some things that are on the minds of a whole lot of people. There are so many remedies recommended and suggested by professionals and laypeople to their patients and fellow men and women and some work while others don’t. There are special diets and medicine, herbs and drinks, and a lot more that people try to lose some pounds with and get further depressed feeling hopeless if the suggested and tried remedies do not work.

Instead of labeling it "Good" and "Bad", accept what is.

How do you define being successful in your life?
We need to get out of our heads and into our hearts. Our ideas, visions and goals can be accomplished but that can come to an abrupt holt in our tracks and smothered with self doubt. In other words IMPOSTER SYNDROME!

Manipulate Energy To Achieve Your Desires
I try to live each day with the realization that I am the creator of my reality. I am not one to believe that destiny has been planned for us before we are even conceived. I feel that we decide our life's path, for better or for worse through our journey of self-exploration. With each choice we make, whether a large one or insignificant, we are paving the way for our future selves.

Kindness is Human Nature
Kindness is not just a human concept, it is written in the DNA of all forms of life - a basic instinct to protect the peace of your home to foster happiness. Contempt and hate however, are a human concept, born from a place of bitterness, a catalyst for anger that self-perpetuates. As the wise proverb states ‘holding onto anger is like drinking poison and expecting the other person to die’ and far too many of us are willing to sacrifice ourselves as a way to strengthen our immunity to a sickness only forgiveness can cure.

Alone on the Road
Years of driving to and from work in the city had worn me out… emotionally and mentally. Physically, I can keep up with the fastest drivers because my 2004 Mini Cooper continues to be fun, quick and responsive, but the mental tension was getting to me. So many bad decisions are made every day on today’s roads, it just boggles my mind, and I found myself getting more and more outraged by it all.

Unknown soldier
Dear Mister Joe, I don't know your name, I've never had the fortune to speak to you. You don't even know I exist, but I know you. In the town where we live you are a legend for those of us who love our countryside. Sneered at, and mocked by the youths who have not seen what you have and therefor don't value what you see and do.

You Have A Gift
The Plan Was Never to Fit in That Wasn't Part of It. Being Different Was Always Something I Took Pride In, Even When the Doubts and Questions Surrounded Me. My Gift Is Writing and Being the Best Cook I Know So I Can Afford This Lifestyle I Dreamed of Without Any Setbacks. Live For You Right? Some Say It's Harder Said Than Done Yet, Really You Still Have to Say It to Yourself for You to Believe the Action You're Putting Towards the Process. The Process? Well, Thats's The Best Part of Your Gift Is Discovering the Unknown Right? My Opinion At Least Because When It Comes to Finding What You Love to Do You Have to Follow That Notion and Have the Courage A Lot of People Don't Have and That's Be Ready to Be Your Main Support System. Can You Handle It? The Pressure Behind Taking Loses and Moving on Is a Big Key to Success When You Really Believe in Yourself. I Didn't Know My Gift or Understand It Really You Know? Once These Words Start Speaking and People Start Listening, At First Maybe It's The Voice They're Hearing from Me and The Confidence That Intrigues Them. You Get Older and People Are Still Listening the Same Way but It's The Fact My Voice Only Helps with What I'm Saying, Keeps You Engaged More. You See How You Still Reading? You Not Infront of Me but It's Like We Face to Face and I'm Speaking Right to You Because That's The Gift I Enhanced by Sticking to My Plan.
