You helped me see the light in my darkest days.
Waking up each day was truly heart wrenching having an 8 month old, trying to figure out how to be a single mother. I felt stripped bare to the core trying to find me again so I could be the best version of myself for my daughter.

How do you define being successful in your life?
We need to get out of our heads and into our hearts. Our ideas, visions and goals can be accomplished but that can come to an abrupt holt in our tracks and smothered with self doubt. In other words IMPOSTER SYNDROME!

Sometimes when we are feeling like “I don’t have the energy to help myself right now let alone others” when you say that to yourself - how grand of a gesture do you think being of service is? If you think it is a grand gesture, think again. Service comes in the most simplistic and small ways.

Letting LOVE in again...
We have all had heartbreak at some point in our lives and it’s rough! Some expected and some not so much. Love plays a major factor in our lives but true love starts from within, and as soon as we realise our worth and come into alignment with oneself, then we soon attract what is aligned for us. It’s the internal journey that attracts the external one.

UNSTAGED TRUTH FROM PERFORMER TO MOTHERHOOD
Since the age of six, I was already dreaming of the life as a performer. Nothing else interested me growing up as long as dance was a part of my life, I was a very happy girl. I am so grateful that my parents gave me the freedom to do what really inspired me through my growing years and allowed me to either grow through the industry or perhaps take a different path. Well I never did take that different path, I knew music, movement and creativity was what made my soul happy. I knew this was my path in life and I never doubted it for a minute.
