Life is full of surprises Sometimes it feels like everything is going wrong
Laying The Framework "Everything is falling together impeccably, despite the fact that maybe a few things are self-destructing. Trust in the process you are presently encountering." - Neale Donald Walsch

Loving What You Do
Come sit with me a while while we talk about what really makes you explode with happiness. Maybe you want to be a singer? If you wake up in the morning thinking about singing, sing all day and your heart longs to sing more, then you are a singer, no matter what anybody tells you. And, if this is your life long desire, then what are you doing behind that desk?

Free
For a long time I didn't feel free in my own skin, I felt like I had to be someone specific to be great; I thought I had to be exactly like Jesus to make my mother proud. I used to struggle with talking about my emotions and feelings, I would force myself not to cry because I used to believe that it was a sign of weakness. I always used to be goofy and funny so I could hide the pain of feeling alone. I felt like I was a bird stuck in a cage and I could not get out until someone said I could. When I would be alone in my room, I would cry myself a river; my cries were so silent that I couldn't even hear them. Everyday of my life I would feel like I was nothing; I felt so unworthy, pointless, and lost. I had friends that matched my sadness, I had a boyfriend who was extremely aggressive and my life was hard. All of my life I always wanted to be there for others, but I would never let anyone comfort me. What can I say I was selfless, independent, and depressed. I mean, extremely sad to the point where I hated myself, I hated to look at myself, I hated to breathe; I simply didn't want to be alive. There were a lot of unhealed traumas that I had around the time, so all the experiences I was going through were expected. All the physical abuse I took, all of the mental abuse I took was all to make me stronger, It was all to make me better than I already was.

Happiness Is a Choice; Choose it.
Dwelling on negative events rather than positive ones is common with humans. We keep over-learning from dangerous or harmful situations we encounter in life; trauma, betrayal and bullying aids us to avoid them in the future and react quickly in crisis.

15 Ways to Stay Happy
1 Exercise There have been many studies on this topic. Physical activity releases endorphins, so you always feel better after a workout or a walk around the shop. I have never seen a person in a bad mood after a workout. But where is the scientific evidence for this? At the best addiction treatment center in karachi we have seen proven results of patients with addiction who started exercising and improved their health.

JUST SOME THOUGHTS
She knew she wanted more out of life. But she wasn’t sure exactly what it was that she wanted. She is content. She has a job (multiple jobs actually). She has a place to live. She has a car. She has her cat. She always struggles to pay her bills (but she gets them paid). She’s single and she doesn’t have any kids. Many people look down at her because she’s single and has no kids. But she’s learned to not let that bother her. It’s her life and not theirs. If they want to be judgmental about anything then she doesn’t need them in her life anyway. And people are very, very, very judgmental about her.

The believer part 2
The believer Having a disability! Having a disability is sometimes not fun you always think your being looked at differently, or being treated like shit. What you always have to think about though is is your a human like everyone els in the world! No one is perfect or normal. Ever since I got diagnosed with my disability I definitely felt out of place especially K-4th grade, because I was in public school. Then when I went to privet school it was like a fresh start I guess it had its ups and downs for sure. One of the biggest achievements of my athletic years in middle and high school was hitting a home run in middle school that was a highlight of my middle school baseball career I for sure thought I was getting baseball player of the year! Then comes banquet and they gave it to someone els but, the next award was the best teammate/spirt award. That award a received! I was really mad I did not get the baseball award but,I accepted the award and I was proud to accept it!

NEW LIFE !! NEW BEGINNING !!……
You are no one’s else responsibility, but your own. Your life is a sum of all your actions and decisions. If you change your environment, everything around you will change and thereby definitely your life will also change. Be independent in your life. Don’t ever let anyone else to be the decision makers of your life. You are the QUEEN of your own life. Be financially independent. Celebrate each and every moment of life. When you look back at your life, your past must be filled completely with happy memories. That should be the biggest achievement of your life. Find time for yourself. Life is to celebrate. Appreciate each and every thing. Look in only for the good in others. Ignore the negative vibes. Become that light which radiates out positive vibes all time. Make sure that you make somebody smile everyday. Spread kindness. Enjoy all the emotions of yours irrespective of it being sadness or happiness. Love yourself the way you are. Don’t pay heed to other’s comments and validation. Live for your own validation. Don’t try to be perfect. Try to be calm always. We have all come here into this world for a purpose. Go and search and find your purpose. Try working hard to fulfil the purpose. Everything happens for a reason, for a very good reason. No matter what the situation be, try to be yourself. Everyone is unique. What ever has happened in the past, keep it in the past. Look forward. Hope that great things are on your way.

Milestones, Part Two.
Update: November 2020 My second semester of university brought a person I can only describe as astounding and even then it barely encompasses his degree of amazing. We first met on a popular dating app, tinder, in August 2018 before I started university. We had great chemistry, but a date didn’t pan out before he met someone else and they began dating. More on that later.
