happiness
Happiness, defined; things that help you find happiness, keep it, and share it with others.
How to trust others and gain trust yourself.
Trust is something we as human beings need to survive. We trust people to process and cook our food, to drive us, to build our homes, to be there for us, and to keep us safe. Many people do not realize the importance of trust which can lead to issues with the others around them. For some people, trusting and firmly believing people can be difficult. Sometimes people have bad experiences when it comes to trusting people. Maybe someone read something that you wanted private, like a diary, or shared your secrets. However some people just build walls around themselves because of anxiety, or stress. One thing is for sure, trust is something everyone should learn if they yearn for a happy life.

Outside My Window
The sun was setting on yet another day, the rain unyielding for days. I sat there at my window, staring as I usually do on evenings such as this, listening to the droplets hitting the pane. The headlights looked blurred as they drove past. I took a deep sigh and took a sip of my coffee, smiling as the warm liquid filled my senses. The taste bitter sweet as I ran out of sugar but still had my beloved creamer. I sat there, silent. An old man ran past my window with a dog on a leash. Poor man got caught in the storm that was surely on its way, the sound of distant thunder confirming my suspicions. Time seemed to stand still in these moments, the faint pitter patter of the rain hitting my window pane, the rumble of thunder, the scent of freshly brewed coffee, the sight of the droplets falling down the glass like tears, the warmth of the coffee mug in my hand. Not a worry in the world. No expectations from society for how I'm meant too look, how I'm meant to act, who I'm supposed to be. I get to just exist. That is until I saw her.

Why you should learn to embrace your loneliness for a better life!. Top Story - July 2022.
I have been an introvert for the most part of my life. I had only a few close friends and my social life was pretty much nil. I didn’t often hang out with my friends on weekends, nor have attended parties or sleepovers like a normal high schooler. Now I’ve always been criticized by family and peers for having a small social circle, and even I felt like there’s something missing at one point in my life. A lot of people have asked me how I stay cheerful, goal-oriented, and not depressed despite not having a robust social life, and I just tell them that’s the way things work out for me. Well, while that might be somewhat true for some, there are 3 main benefits I’ve come across for being a bit isolated over living your life as a social butterfly:

I Lost My Spark
There is no clear point in time that I can analyze to figure out how I lost my Spark, it is just not with me anymore. I have spent time reading books, working hard to be creative try new things, start new business, but nothing is working. I can no longer ignore the void. The things I used to love to do just seem lifeless, bland, and colorless. For the longest time, I have always given my best to my job and the people in my life and now even that is fading. I miss doing the best I could at anything I tried my hand with and need to find a way back.

Self love
Goddess we are as women. Though having the power of self love is important. Which is key to the heart and to your spirit. You know it took me two and half years to truly love and get to know myself, and to be honest I'm still getting to know myself. It is okay to be lonely. Shit I am my own company and I know what I want for myself. I love myself enough to know what to tolerate and what not to. Truth be told you have to love yourself first

The mirror of me
Mirrors are unassuming, unbiased, they offer no opinions, no lies, no judgement, only the opportunity to perceive oneself. But unfortunately perception is reality, and none of us ever perceive ourselves as we really are, none of us see what anyone else sees and the same is true for us all. We deceive ourselves, our mind's eye lies to us, forces us to question ourselves while society provides us with a perfect image, an ideal to be met, the unattainable standard by which we judge ourselves, and the metaphorical cat o’ nine tails with which we flog ourselves.
