goals
Understanding your goals to help you achieve them.
The truth is...
I've been traveling with depression all my life. I'd say most of the women in my family have. Any one of them can spin you a sad, but completely true story. And a lot if them have more than one. Some don't even fully know their sad story. So, I'm predisposed you might say. Pain has passed down through the generations and run rampant in our lives. It was time somebody put a stop to it. To not allow it to pass to the next generation.

The Unwavering, Academic Mindset: Just Push!
Imagine yourself in a world where you believed, that absolutely anything is possible for humanity. Aside from the obvious "I can't turn the sky into a different color" kind of dreams, humanity is cable of quite a bit. I had to remind myself of this back in fall 2010/spring 2011. At the time my father was at the house with us, and claimed I didn't want to return to school. Little did he know, that my brain was CRAVING an opportunity to get a degree! At that point, just the thought of sitting at a desk with a pen and pencil got me amped up.

Ending 2020 on a high note
As 2020 comes to an end I know that I am not the only one that is grateful that is over. No matter where you live or what has happened in your life I'm sure that everyone just wants the year to be over. And with a new year comes a renewed energy and hope for life that life can be something more, something great. And I think that this year it's at a different level. This year has brought a new perspective on life and made me to evaluate what is important and the person that I want to become. At the end of every year I make new goals for the year to come. It's a great time to think about what you want to accomplish and the person that you want to be. This year I feel like that is even more important than before. But for many people making goals is not always that easy. So here are some ways to make some goals and make sure that you stick to them.

DON'T Prove Them Wrong. Prove Yourself RIGHT
My dad is a very wise man. He's taught me , in essence, everything I know about discipline and pursuing success. Something that really made an impact on me was a comment he made just recently. It was something I felt worth sharing, because it was in response to a mindset so common among those of us pursuing our goals. This applies to any challenge you may face in life, anything you set out to achieve. It targets the cornerstone of a lot of motivational material out there.

There is no such thing as 'Someday'
Have you ever had a conversation with a family member or a friend about something you recommended they invest their time into cause it could possibly change they're life? Or you could of persuade them into taking a vacation to disney world for the first time. Or maybe you were discussing your goals with each other and the other party said "yeah maybe someday."

Time Bandits
Yesterday I talked about some of those more leisurely, yet non-productive, activities we tend to incorporate into our daily routine, ahead of some of the tasks that we really should be prioritizing. It's these activities such as lazing on the couch watching television, or spending time scrolling through social media for some gossip, or going out drinking each weekend with the mates, or sleeping in excessively, or spending lengthy periods on the phone talking to our friends, or maybe just lazing around doing nothing, that I'm specifically referring to. They involve no energy, they are easy, they are satisfying, and they are relaxing, hence why we find them so appealing, enjoyable and attractive. The problem is though, that these sort of activities are time bandits. They are activities that are robbing us of precious and valuable time in which we can be working on creating a far better future for ourselves. Time bandits lead to inefficiency and unproductiveness. I'm the sort of person who has never had the knack for subtly concluding a conversation, when a person waffles on too much, and starts eating into time where I need to get a task done. I've always felt rude and heartless to do so. Many of these type of people perhaps have no one really to talk to in life, or no one who takes the time to listen, or no family, or no friends. They may be lonely or aged, and they appreciate anyone who actually engages in conversation with them. I truly feel for them, hence why I always found it difficult to disengage. The problem with many of these people is they also lack consideration towards those whom they start conversing with, not having the realization and understanding that this individual needs to continue working, or needs to continue to serve others, or needs to be getting some important tasks done. They are classic time bandits.

Model vs photographer
I first found out I was destined to be a photographer at the age of 12. I was in the Bahamas on the Disney cruise with my family and my mom Had a old Kodak camera. The one we’re you had to wind it up after every picture lol yea. Found out after our trip was over and we got back home that I took so really good pictures. So after that experience I decided to pursue different types of photography. I obtained myself my first canon camera and would just go around and take pictures of small this trees plants buildings, as I grew in the field i started get more interested in making it not only a career but it became my biggest passion. I went to college a got a associates in digital and film photography. In while I was in school is we’re I thought of the idea of model vs photographer. Which basically means no matter which side that you are on you can do both just as well as the next. You can be the model and you can also be the photographer. As long as you put you all into your goal your vision your dreams anything is possible. As of today I am building a clothing line and helping anyone who has a dream. Because it’s not just about the dream but as the dreamer it’s up to you to put in the hard work to make your dream reality. I am currently going to la film school and at the beginning of my time there we got to meet the producers for the very good Netflix series stranger things. Not gonna lie at first before I meet them I didn’t like that show. And while they were standing in our class going around the room asking us who like the series and 90% of them said yes and then they got to me lol. Now none of us knew who these individuals were at the time. They wait asked me what I thought about it and with out hesitation I said “I think it sucks honestly”. Not gonna like it felt good and bad at the Same time. Shortly after that they revealed to us who they were 😭 I really wanted felt bad but at the same time didn’t. If you have a dream a vision never put it to the said because you think it won’t work. Your vision may just become your masterpiece, yes there will be haters that don’t wanna ever see you make it and it will be hard but you have to realize something. If it’s worth it it’s will be hard and if it’s easy it’s not worth it💯. I don’t want anything that is easy to obtain I wanna fight and grind for my goals not just have them handed to me. It’s a lot better when you chase your goals.
