Have you ever had a conversation with a family member or a friend about something you recommended they invest their time into cause it could possibly change they're life? Or you could of persuade them into taking a vacation to disney world for the first time. Or maybe you were discussing your goals with each other and the other party said "yeah maybe someday."

What if I told you there wasn't going to be a 'someday' the word someday is a adverb meaning. It's an indefinite future time. A day of time that is uncertain for an individual. When a person says I'll go to that webinar that could positively impact my life forever, someday, as a way of really putting it off til another date or not sure of their attendance of the event.

The word 'someday' can also be associated with underlying fear, when its time to change your life around by hitting the gym extensively, your thinking of a different day to go workout cause right now in the present your holding yourself back from immediate change. Exercise was never that important to you if your postponing every time you were suppose to go. The interesting thing is fear actually plays a huge part in someone saying "someday I'll go to the gym." When that's said you are programming your mind to set things essential to your growth at a indefinite time. Someday is fear. Fear is someday.

Three things that 'Someday' is stopping you from achieving:

Everytime you answered a question with the response of 'someday' stop and really analyse that word and realize how damning that meaning can be for your future. Your basically saying the best times of your life are indefinite or uncertain, thats called CHEATING yourself.

Instead of always saying "someday I will become a writer," start by switching the language up by wording it as "I will start becoming a writer today" notice the change of vibration in the latter statement, its more bold and forthcoming.

Today is a guranteed cause you woke up this morning, but tomorrow may or may not be, someday is uncertain, its a time of indefinite proportions.

"Someday I'll jog the trails," "Someday I'll eat healthier," "Someday I will be happy," "Someday I will treat myself." Those are all negative claims because you are not speaking it in the present moment, you think those opportunities will just be waiting for you until you decide to act on those claims when 'someday' was never promised for you. By the time you decide to act, it could be too late to carry out those promises.

Stop taking advantage of 'time' and stop taking for granted the days you have left on this earth. 'Someday' may never come, you only have today to act on your promises to yourself and start today to become happy, great and disciplined.

When you realize finally, that there is no such thing as 'someday' you will start to program your subsconsious to believe the only certainty of time is indeed today. Ask yourself this question as much as possible, "What if there was no tomorrow?" "What if I don't have a someday?" You are creating urgency in your mind and body to force yourself to take action in the now. To live in the now and to be in the now.

If someday was to never come then what if today was all you have?
