Mindset Revolution - 2022
Instead of claiming what I am going to do, I aim to manifest into the present, that which I want to accomplish in this life. Whether it be to become more fit or a better partner in my relationships, cook more or dance more often - less thought, more action. I'm going to state that I am: dancing, cooking, caring and healthy. This means I will have to show up for myself by doing something to get me to become the person I am meant to be. Otherwise, I'll just feel shame for blatantly lying to myself, and there's no fun in that.

New Year's Rest-olution
I could still recall the countless all-nighters – consistently yawning my way through college and work. I never thought about my rest at all. All I knew was that I needed to graduate, and I needed to make money. What I didn’t realize was that sleep deprivation was slowly killing me in the process. Thankfully, my rest nightmare would soon come to an end.

Learning to Slow Down
I have never been very good at taking things slow. I always feel like I need to be productive and on the go and there are so many things competing for my attention. There are books to read, video games to play, crafts to do, projects to work on, etc etc. They pile up one on top of the other as new things catch my eye and new ideas start to take form in my head.

Baker's Dozen: My Goals for 2022
Usually, I'm not all about the "new year, new me" thing. But things are far from usual now. I spent 2021 coming to realize some very unpleasant truths about my life - and how I'm (not) living it. Looking back at what went wrong and how I came to be where I'm at. Admittedly, still sorting that out; it's a lot.

2022 Bingo
On the morning of December 31, 2021, I awoke to thoughts of my bingo board. I had made it a year prior, at the end of 2020, a 5x5 grid of mostly far-fetched things that might happen in 2021. At the center, in the box typically labeled 'Free Space,' I had written, "I survive 2021."

Four Resolutions for a Healthier Tech Life in 2022
If you were trying to buy a quality face mask online at a time of violence, you may have found many apocryphal masks. And many of us who try to order a quality face mask to protect ourselves from coronavirus need to swim in a sea of lies. And many of us who were trying to order a standard face mask to protect ourselves from the coronavirus have seen it firsthand while swimming in a sea of lies. And many of us who were trying to buy a regular face mask to protect ourselves from the coronavirus was swimming in a sea of lies.

I Have Time
Life moves fast. And I’ve found that the faster it moves, the faster I move with it. My to-do list lengthens, my heart rate increases, my adrenaline spikes, and sitting down to read a book or enjoy a meal without multitasking sounds stressful. I think to myself, “if I would just do the dishes, if I could check my email one more time, if I listen to the news on 2x speed, then I could really enjoy this.”
