People Come and Go Out of Your Life for a Reason
Everyone who comes into your life is not there to stay.

Whether you realize it or not, everyone in your life is there for a reason. They come into your life, and they stay there until their purpose is fulfilled. Then they are moved out of your life. At first, you might think you did something to cause them to leave, but it is really a way of life. Not everyone who comes into your life is there to stay.
Sometimes people come into your life for a short period of time. For instance, that stranger sitting next to you on a bus for a couple of hours is there for a reason. Perhaps something is said or done to help you or to give you subtle messages about what to do or not do.
The person could be there to warn, encourage, or inspire you. After your short trip is over, you might dismiss it, but some seeds might have been planted.

It also works both ways. You could be there to plant seeds in that person's life as well. Don't ever dismiss anything as chance. Every person in your life is there for a reason.
God has placed the right people around you at a time when they can help you grow in character, and you can help them grow and develop in some way. You are in each other's midst for reasons that might be unknown to you at the time.

It would be very wise for you to see everybody around you as a piece of the puzzle of your life. They are there as instruments to help you carry out your purpose.
Even your enemies are around you for a reason. They help keep you on your knees.
God puts people in your life for a reason. God moves people out of your life for a reason.
Reasons People Come and Go Out of Your Life
People come and go out of your life. There is a reason for both.

God matches people up for a reason. That reason is for them to help each other. They can learn from each other and help each other grow, even if they have too much pride to admit it. God will keep people in your life long enough for His purpose to be fulfilled through that connection.
God will send people out of your life when they need to move on. Don't feel bad when that friend no longer wants to be with you. It would be detrimental to push the issue. It is God's way of telling both of you to move on in different directions because nothing good will ever come from the relationship when God says to move on. It will be counterproductive to try to hold onto something when God says, “Let it go!”
Another thing to consider is that when you try to convince people to stay in your life when God wants them to leave, you are preventing others from coming into your life who could be more valuable to you.
Many people try to hold on to dead relationships that are filled with confusion, conflict, and chaos. The best thing to do is to know that people will come into your life for a reason, and people will go out of your life for a reason.
No Longer Attached
If you think back over your life, you will surely remember that certain people befriended you. The two of you seemed to be getting along well, and you even got attached to each other.
Then things changed. You couldn't put your finger on the reason. For a long time, you might wonder if you did something wrong. You might feel bad that the person is no longer in your life, but God knows best. When the friendship, relationship, or fellowship is over, it's over.
Two Things to Remember
During your moving on phase, there are two things to remember.

- Remember that people come into your life to fulfill a purpose for both of you. Once that purpose is fulfilled, God moves them out of your life, and it is not your fault. It is also not a bad thing.
- Remember also that this concept applies to all people. It is not limited to lovers or romantic relationships.
