Nothingness

Nothing at all

I want you to try something for the day. Put the book down, you will not need it. Drop the phone,it will not ring. Don't do anything at all today. Don't read, do homework, watch TV,make your bed, listen to music, nothing. Just sit and watch the time go by, listen to the sound of the clock as it ticks with each passing second. Look around and see all you have missed out on.

There's nothing there right? Wrong. There is nothingness and in that there is beauty. Beauty only so many people can see and hear when they actually put away the book,or stop watching TV for a long time or even just for a little bit, even just sitting outside looking at the sky is quite beautiful. Why can’t you see that? You afraid?

Well don't be because you aren't alone in this world, you never were, you just saw it like that. There are many other people in and on this earth that at one point felt the same way you do or at least did. They took the chance to listen, to see the beauty in everything going on. Don't be scared, it's nothing to be scared about, it’s amazing to some. You might think you are alone, are by yourself and it might seem like that, but trust in me, in yourself that you are not. You are one in a million other people who are just like you in this big ol world, you are human and you have every right not listen to this. I mean for all you know I’m just a crazy girl who wants to see how many people do this, but I’m not. I’m a girl who knows that feeling far more then others do and would hate for people to think they are alone when alone is impossible.

Nothingness can be wonderful but can also sad. Your voices in your head will get louder, maybe even sound like they are yelling at you. You’re thoughts will become clearer and for you to understand. Nothingness is the dream of a past, present and future, it’s magical under the right situations.

Not everyone can be happy when listening or watching nothingness. Some might take it as they are alone when really they aren't. You might get sad, maybe want to text someone because you never liked being alone. It's okay to feel like that, being alone isn't for everyone.

Okay now go back to doing what you were doing. Pick up that book and read, listen to some music,go and text on that phone, watch some TV, do some homework, make your bed. Anything that might make you feel like you aren't alone anymore if you don't like it. Just don't forget that in nothing there is pure beauty if you look in the right places, but be prepared for the sadness that it comes with in the end.

Written by me...

Writers note: Nothingness came from a part of my life when I felt like this, like doing nothing would be scary but it's actually nice. Thoughts flow better in my head, I can actually hear myself think and clear my head. I use to think that if I was alone I would be alone for the rest of my life, but I'm not alone for that. I have some pretty awesome people who are standing by me when I need time to be alone, they let me be and when I am ready to come out from that they are right there to comfort me if I need it at all.
