Hustle, Drive, & Get Money

Here I am sitting at home during this Covid-19 shit storm. The storm that has taken everyone by surprise. I think all of us were either planning a wedding, getting that promotion we always wanted, or working a 9-5 . Hey some of us were getting our degree or planning to go back to school. I was one of those people; wanting to further my education. *Silently as while typing*. This whole experience has been life changing which has forced my back against the wall. I realized I won't be a young adult forever and things have to change. People in my life have to change as well during the improvement transition phrase. By my surprise they didn't which had me licking my wounds silently in a corner, but thanks to support system I was able to slowly get over it emotionally. This has truly taken its toll.

Just knowing those you love won't change during these sensitive time pushes you to look at the bigger picture. What is that you may ask? Personally I say..........GET MONEY!!! How you ask? Find a part-time job that will hire you during this out-break. As an essential worker I can attest to feeling blessed beyond repairs. Imagine leaving a situation that doesn't benefit you but being laid off from that same 9-5 gig or job. That has left a huge sadness and dent in some our hearts.

However, don't let that stop you from eating. See the beauty in this situation and take time to process it properly. Once you do that you would know what steps you need to take care of you. This cannot be achieved without a little bit of finical help. Find part-time essential jobs, do online surveys for cash, become an online tutor ,audition for voice overs, and never stop putting in resumes. I still do this and now I have a second job, as well have an scheduled phone interview this week. Continue to feel the need to hustle and earn experience. It may be temporary for some but for others it's not. I'm well aware that not all of us will be able to bounce back. That's why I say never be afraid to look for outside help from free non-profit finical consultants. For example, SaverLife is one of those programs that offer free finical advice and literacy through articles. They encourage you to save money through fun challenges like the $5.00 scratch off . This gives you a chance to win five dollars towards your bank account. Another challenge is saving at least $10.00 in your account monthly to win an additional $10.00. So far I have only won $10.00 but continue to participant in the challenges when available. I honestly am glad I've found this site through the help of my finical consultants who helps me monthly map out my next finical plans.

My personal advice is to not give up hope. Now that things are slow continue to plant the seeds so they may water. Look into opportunities like real estate, security, OSHA, food certifications, etc. Don't stop because of the virus. Things will get better just start to water those seeds properly with love and care. Don't forget to invest in your self through saving at least *(my personal suggestion)* $20.00 from each paycheck earned. Also, start investigating into companies with cheap stock. A month ago I invest in a few, and got discouraged due to low payout, but I tell you now it was worth it. Previously the price of my stock was low, but it just recently went up $4.00 due to businesses opening up again. Remember the hustle never stops just slows down for a bit. HUSTLE, DRIVE, & GET MONEY !
