By stimulating an automatic response and timing the anchor once it reaches its peak, release it. Collapse Anchors are useful to be able to overcome a negative state....ask the client to think of a state they would rather be in. Stack that anchor several times in the same location.then get the client to recall the negative state, once only. And anchor it in a different place. Fire both anchors at the same time. The process of Chaining Anchors is the sequential process of moving to a significantly different state.

I'd use it when a client had a significant difference between their present state and desired state. A Chain of Anchors is each state built on the one before until the desired state is reached. Describe the Change Personal History Process is for the purpose of changing a number of memories in the last and adding resources.

I'd use it when a client struggles with memories. Model Pattern and Mind Reading –when accessing the unconscious mind .Conversational Postulate –to give more choices-

Cause and Effect – through constructing sentences,

through Selection Restriction Violation –you give them the frame and they choose the picture to put in it.

Also a Lack of Referential Index –the client makes the most relevant and immediate meaning


Comparative Deletion –using Trance states


Ambiguities – non verbal behaviour
Extended Quotes –generalizing by

The “Meta Model” is a set of questions designed to specify information,challenge and expand the limits to a person's model of the world. What are the three processes of internalising- Not everything thought is said- Distortion and assumptions and structural inaccuracies-generalizations are a shift towards absolute statements.

Making lots of money is wrong. -It is wrong to make lots of money- why is it?-

That was a bad relationship. The relationship was bad - why is it?-

Everybody says so.- Everyone says it - what do they say!-

Brian loves me. - Brian is in love with me - what does love feel like!-

Barbara doesn’t trust me. - I'm untrustworthy to Barbara - why doesn't she?-I

I looked inwards, and reflected on the perceptions I had built over the years, through observing society, and now, I wanted to experience the full breath of life through travelling. The problem was that I felt different from everyone else, I then had to overcome my worst fears and conquer myself. I began saying these affirmations-

Life is beautiful. I am a part of this universe and society. I am constantly trying to change myself to become the best version of myself. I am happy within. Being an individual is unique and special. Life is about discovering the vast expanse of the universe and cultures.

Benefits-Create choices. To create harmony between parts of the unconscious mind so that their values are in alignment. Coaching is the process by which different techniques are used to help solve a problem of someone else through guided questions to get the desired outcome.

The conscious mind is What we are aware of and it steers and guides us. The unconscious is the part of the mind that you are not aware of.

I reflected before about my life whereby I said I wanted something consciously but then didn’t take any actionThe unconscious belief is that it represents those physiological and cognitive processes that occur outside of conscious awareness.example respiration, hormonal response, heart beat. Dreaming,and perceptual thinking. Limiting beliefs include beliefs about right, duties, abilities, permission.

I believe that I am able to inspire new and better ways of thinking,and overcoming blocks that can result in positive productivity.
