"It can be described as having clarity of mind merged with truthfulness in all moments of life "

* The opposite of being stupid or insane.

* The capacity to always think about the consequences of following bad thoughts and consequences of action.

How do I acquire a rational mind?

* Stop lying and tell the truth.

* Stop controlling everything your way, go with the flow.

* Connecting with the Divine.

Trauma, Fear and Anxiety can be transformed into an ILLUSION and be dealt with, yes it can !

At every moment of the day you have a decision to make, and that includes in deciding on what to think, or not to think, also to what thoughts are you following in your mind, the bad or the good ones? Can you truly discern what's good from what's bad these days?

Deciding to think positive is clearly the opposite of deciding to think negative, both are decisions and have different outcomes and different effects in our lives. It's likely both might guide you to different realities. Think before you act is the right thing to do, and think right before you act wrong is even more correct because it leaves no room to regrets later in life.

Trauma is something that many might have experienced one way or the other. But one of the best things to do if you wish to alleviate or eliminate the trauma is to first have compassion for any person involved in the situation as fact is people sometimes are manipulated by invisible spirits.

Second it's to let go the attachment in your mind, meaning cut off absolutely any toughs that are bad, strange or bring fear and anxiety, even if it's from a traumatic event that we "think" we can't forget. So we "must" believe that we can and will forget the bad memory! This is important so we can move on with our lives, that's why forgiveness is crucial in the recovery of a trauma.

But how can we think positive with a dirty or such of a polluted mind? Or how can we Not have those bad thoughts if they keeping on popping up? The first thing to do is to search inwards, and maybe realize that the only real explanation for some events to take place is the existence of "karma" that we might owe to someone. Secondly we need to forgive and even thank people for teaching us a lesson somehow, or for helping us grow even if the pain was almost unbearable, giving chance for the other person to change.

One thing I can advise you to do in relation to the mind is: "Don't believe in everything you think" ! Why? Because Evil spirits actually do exist and they are everywhere, trying to put us down, making things bigger than reality, leading to irrational thinking and making us think and act wrong. But we have the power to decide Not to believe or follow those toughs. And even following good toughs can end up in depressive thinking, true.

Also it's important to beware that this whole "idea" about a "happy life" has no real substance, but everybody thinks and want that so it "seems" right, lets go try to have some fun! But the truth is that we cannot even dream of having a "happy life" if we are disconnected from the Divine in first place.

Some people are trying to connect with a Divine force, God or Buddha, or follow a spiritual path, but yes we have to be very careful in what to believe these days because a wrong belief can ruin everything! Living in lies can lead to severe depression, anxiety, fear and even insanity! Ask for only for Truthfulness and nothing else! Don't compromise the destiny of your soul.

Just look around and you can see with your own eyes that there are way to many people who are smiling under "happy drugs" also called "prescribed medication". And while some prescribed drugs might help, the fact is that the person really need to get rid of any feelings of anger, disappointment, fear, sadness or humiliation, so it's best to stop judging others and go deep.

If bullied, traumatized or humiliated, you are still smiling behind a "happy mask", you are not alone. And to recognize that this "happy life theory" is a false or imaginary illusion, can be the very first step towards truth, and that might be the very bottom step of the "Stairway to Heaven". That is if you decide to take your own approach about life instead of trying to copy what other people do, want, desire, feel and in what they believe is good.

Here, I am only sharing my view in relation with wanting to have a clear mind. There are a lot of people that have different opinions than mine and they might be also right, but remember to believe and do what you really want after a good consideration of the information provided, don't just go with the motions and believe in everything that is out there, because that can be very dangerous, it can totally lead you to your ruin.

In my opinion, if you want to clear your mind and think rationally, you will need to look deeper, think before you act and try Not to hurt others at every opportunity, because at every moment you have the chance to be nice or to hurt someone, it's all up to you.

Thank you for reading and do take good care of yourself! :)
