Rationality, the best way to avoid bad decisions, stress, depression and anxiety
DENIAL, A VERY DANGEROUS PATH

The Importance of Making Rational Decisions.
The Importance of making rational decisions and actions is just too great when we look at the consequences of what bad decisions can bring, and most importantly when we are able to measure the consequences of making rational decisions versus making wrong decisions.
If we can measure that and if we are able to make rational decisions, most likely we are going to go far. The great majority of people these days are actually lost and running in circles even if they look successful. They toughs around finding ways to satisfy they personal interests, reputation and self-satisfaction, are in fact overwhelming, making it impossible a win-win situation and making it clear a loose-loose reality, unfortunately.
Working as a sales person for a long time, somehow often I wasn't able to look at things from someone else's eyes or from a truthful angle, I wasn't able to measure the huge consequences that was on my way, as a result of not listening to people with an open heart and often not paying enough attention to my thoughts and consequently my actions.
It felt like I was been manipulated by some form of strange thoughts, but I could have block them or simply not act the way I did. I should have look deeper in all situations in order to also learn something, maybe help someone, maybe listen to someone, and not only thinking about my reputation and career. I was putting that and myself before people!
The consequences of this kind of behavior can be painful, disastrous and irreversible because it can lead to actions that creates memories and if the unthinkable action have caused suffering to ourselves, to someone or to many, it will be a terrible thing to do just to try to forget the pain felt, let alone the memory or the trauma created by a wrong choice or decision.
And than it can be very hard just to try to stop the crazy rush of thoughts flogging into ones consciousness about those bad choices in the past, always coming back, almost imprisoning oneself inside the mind and having karmic consequences, pushing us further and further away from the present, from the divine, from ourselves and others, and from the power of just being real!
Unfortunately this behavior is a result of a mind that is not able to have rational thinking or clear thoughts, a mind that is full of information and is listening to voices or strange thoughts and going with it, ignoring that the confusion is there.
Not wanting or been able to see things from a clear truthful way, not wanting to face the problem, that results also from living in an apparent "normal or good life" in the name of reputation, social media, or to satisfy the normality of what society expects from us, but lying all the way into another instance of what we can call DENIAL.
Denial after denial, it builds up. It seems almost natural to society these days to block out the truth, and keep following orders from cellphones, computers, tablets, social media, careers, bosses, friends, family and the media and maybe even aliens, true, and sadly ignoring our moral and ethical values all together with our Divine Nature.
Initially honest human beings and fundamentally Divine Beings, the so called "Modern Days", without TRADITION are turning the majority of us into totally "Ignorant Beings". That to me is very sad to see ! To see people with tremendous potential, extraordinary capable, but lost in the lies of what society have become, totally insane, irrational and selfish !
So after reading this, I am expecting that at this stage you are now more comfortable to Acknowledge the bad decisions that you have made in the past or even yesterday, or maybe today.
So please experience writing down some of the bad decisions you made and writing the consequences too, and take a look at that, see if that bad decision was actually a good one, and the good decision might turned bad, this too can happen often. Ask honest questions like: Why did I do that for? How would be my life today if that didn't happen?
do write them down one by one as far as you can remember, writing down also how you felt next to it, because this simple but powerful exercise will help you to let go of some stuff that it's just not needed and it's there adding clutter into our minds, so we must clear it completely, keep your toughs in check, and start anew everyday.
WE are here to change, change for better not worse. That includes become aware of your thoughts and cautious of what thoughts are truthful and what toughs are leading to "flights-of-fancy", desires, addictions, sentimentality, emotion, fear, low self-esteem, etc.. What toughs we should follow in our minds, and what thoughts we shouldn't bother to follow up with the thinking, but only delete the tough as quick as possible.
In my personal opinion, any tough that comes from a shown-off mentality, self-interest, up to a sad memory from the past must be dealt with. Observe and try hard to see if those thoughts are aligned with a heart of kindness, truthfulness and your Divine Nature that is pure, loving, kind, harmless, strong, forgiving, compassionate and loving.
And at last, don't worry about what others did or didn't do or said or didn't said... don't take things too personal, just do what you suppose to be doing, give your best in everything you do, think of others first, empty your mind and fill it with music and joy as often as you can. Take it easy, that's the best advise, it works and anyone can do it, including ME and YOU.
Thank you for reading, hope this can help.
