    Great article. I like Yoga. I remember when I was much younger and sitting in the Lotus position for hours and hours even with my eyes closed. Is there a position called something like 'the Tree' you perfectly straight with arms intertwined together and legs intertwined the same way. I am going to start my own yoga sessions again.
