Importance of yoga and mind healing
Scientific evidence from the National Institutes of Health shows that yoga promotes stress management, mental health, mindfulness, healthy eating, weight loss, and sleep quality according to the National Institutes of Health. Based on these findings, Yoga is an effective way to increase strength and endurance when used in conjunction with a common type of exercise. After eight weeks of yoga at least once a week for 180 minutes, participants have greater muscle strength, endurance, flexibility, and stamina.

Healing Energy & Breathing
The Healing Energy of Life This information I have learned and experienced as a Metaphysician, Holistic Psychic, and Yogi. The information is beyond our complete understanding and logic, amazingly “universal”, with many terms and content. Imagine; God is our one source, in all religions and spiritual practice. When we speak of the “Divine Being within”, that also means “God within.” This Divine Being is your Lamp, energy, and guiding light to shine for you and all to see. It is amazing, many individuals in New Age, Wicca, Metaphysics, and Yoga, will tell you the same comments, we all are connected and beliefs are similar. Once you explore another religions or Yoga paths, you will begin to see the signs and connecting pieces.

What is Hatha
Sorry Headline Video not included. Thx for reading. Hatha is a yoga of balance, gentleness, strength, fitness, and awakening energy. Some individuals of the Spiritual and Meditation Yoga will misunderstand the physical styles, and vice versa. Yoga is both a Religion and Fitness Experience. It really depends on your chosen Yoga path or Yoga Style. Each Style provides a form of healing, detox, stress relieve, relaxation, meditation, and problem solving; in proven scientific techniques. The Path itself can be spiritual or non spiritual, Meditation or no Meditation, Hinduism or Non-Hinduism, Buddhism or Non-Buddhism. We all must keep in mind; the path of Yoga has many founders, teachers, Gurus, and ancient Masters. Each Master or founder has his own Yoga Path. As a student or trainee, we can freely learn from all the paths available to us. Sorry, to say; this Yoga misunderstanding, myths, or at times contradictions; happens very easily due to America today. In the Hip, growing field of personal trainers, the modern yoga instructor may not see or have been taught; the importance of all Hatha balancing elements. Some are investing hundreds of dollars to not get the full picture of yoga training. Therefore; a true yoga trainee must invest another $500.00 to $1000.00 a year, to get the complete understanding and yoga experience. A budget below that and you are lucky. A Yoga Instructor education cost, will then add up to a secular bachelors or master degree in time. It is up to the individual, Personal Trainer, what path they would like to pursue in Yoga. Eventually, one can become accredited for every independent class, workshop, and experience, if documented at home. Associations will deem you Expert of Grand Parent Yogi for your many accomplishments. Sad, American image is based on thin bodies, popular media, yoga fashion, and star appearance of physical yoga. No worries, The Yoga Teachers are slowly taking charge, and bringing alive the ancient India Traditions. Now you can visualize why naturally, Yoga Spiritualist cannot imagine anything more than the physical poses.

How I Discovered the Spiritual Side of Yoga
That spiritual, introspective aspect of yoga isn’t for everyone — but there are ways to get people to give it a try. I was — admittedly — the least spiritual yogi ever when I first tried yoga. I just wanted to lose weight and try doing it in a new way. I’d been to dozens of group fitness classes at different gyms and I just never really cared for any of them.

What is Hatha Yoga: Build strength and improve focus with this practice!
Hatha Yoga believes in regulating the mind through controlled conscious breaths. The specialty of this style of yoga is that it requires you to hold your poses for a few minutes with a regulated and periodic breath. They focus on your internal organs and cause less wear and tear in your body. Less quantity of oxygen is required, and stability of mind and body is given utmost importance. Hatha Yoga refers to achieve a state of yoga through force. Hatha yogis would dramatically perform yoga poses with extraordinary strength, like throwing their arms in the air and holding the pose for hours to seek perfection. While most of us try and practice yoga casually through mobile hours or struggle to fit yoga in our hectic schedules, these Hatha Yogis dedicated their lives to this. Hatha Yoga uses several tools in practice like mudras and mantras to have an efficient Hatha yoga pose.

How Yoga Can Help You Practice Gratitude
“We take for granted the very things that most deserve our gratitude.” ― Cynthia Ozick Gratitude isn’t always easy to practice. It's something that I know would benefit me, but it's very hard to start implementing. I've made a few different attempts to integrate gratitude into my life and my routine. I've had spurts where I'd keep a gratitude journal pretty consistently for a few weeks, but then I end up dropping off because something happens in life and my schedule gets disrupted.
