The state of being in great health, and continually striving to attain all of your goals.
BODY, MIND, AND HOLISTIC HEALING. YOUR Qs WERE ANSWERED BY #1 NUTRITIONIST FLORIANA URBISCI.
Holistic Healing is a must during these hard times. Our lives are in a complete state of constant unbalance; from over-working hours in the office to being stuck at home for over 2 years; from exercising regularly to laying on a couch endlessly eating junk food, and this gaining weight and getting stressed seems never to end. We all went through the feeling of bloat, fatigue, cravings, mood swings or other symptoms including difficulty in losing weight.

How to Strengthen Your Health in Just 5 Minutes a Day
Bhastrika pranayama is a shatkarma (cleansing practice), which intensifies the inner fire, warming the physical and subtle body. It is essentially a hatha yoga exercise. But you can practice it even if you don't do yoga. Try.

Routine
As an adult, sleep is an essential medicine for our bones. At night, I have the hardest time winding down. It began in my childhood, my parents never had us on a sleep schedule or bedtime so to speak, like the norms. I’ve always crashed wherever, whenever, whether it was the couch or my parents bed, I was never in my own bed. I had a huge fear of the dark which has carried into my adulthood. Yes, that’s correct, I still have a fear of the dark. Total blackness actually keeps my mind racing more than relaxing. My heart will actually beat out of my chest and anxiety will surface.

I Will Sleep When I'm Dead
I don’t know about you, but I am exhausted. In a way, I wish for the return of what it was like when we were on lock down during the pandemic. Everything slowed down and it was actually considered okay to take some time to relax and spend some quality time with your family.

Getting a good night's sleep
Sleep never did come easily for me. Ever since I had my first child, my “mother ears” are on throughout the night, listening for every strange or familiar noise. My husband, on the other hand, can fall asleep anytime, anywhere, and in any position – sitting up, on a chair, on the sofa, etc. I’m not so lucky. However, I have gathered some solutions that often work for me. I need to be more consistent, and that’s one of my resolutions for this year. First, I’ll list the items to avoid.
