Sweet Dreams
I need to sleep like I have a concussion. I don’t want an actual concussion, only the sleep. I’ve had eight major concussions in my life ( and a few minor ones), and I can say with the highest level of certainty that it is the pinnacle of slumber mastery. Even though everyone says not to fall asleep when you get a concussion, I would argue that it’s worth the risk.

Serine sleep solutions.
Serene sleep solutions. There are several sleep-inducing steps one could take to resolve restlessness and deprivation. Start by setting a sleep schedule. Structure your day factoring in meals, a pre-sleep hygiene routine, wind-down time, and a steady bedtime. The body’s sleep regulatory system favors a set schedule for optimal performance. A few weeks of dedicated discipline will make it easier to fall asleep at the same time every day. Over time, your brain and body align and adjust to your internal clock. Eating a fulfilling high-fat/low carb meal two to four hours before bed helps to stave off hunger, and supports a slumberous siesta. Likewise, a warm bath or hot shower can be soothing solutions to wash away the stress of the day and ease restfully into the night. Wind down with mindfulness activities like yoga, meditation, journaling, and other calmative peaceful practices to set yourself up to sleep.

Getting A Good Night's Sleep Is Good For The Body
This year, as we march towards the Chinese Year of the Tiger, I pledge to give myself just the right amount of sleep. Too much sleep, I feel tired the next day. Too little sleep often robs me of the ability to do tasks the next day.

Falling In Love with Falling Asleep
Sleeping at night and I have a love-hate relationship. In which I mean I love it but it hates me. It teases me for hours every night, letting me slip right to the edge of consciousness before I violently jolt awake and have to restart the process. Then, when I do finally fall asleep, it is all too soon before I have to wake up and I feel like a groggy mess.

Insomnia Cookies
New years hardly feel new when your sleep cycle is imbalanced working we often forget to treat ourselves to one of the best gifts on this planet. Sleep is the greatest gift on this planet aside from the awesomeness of knowing that half of the population is probably sleeping at the same time, sleep gives us the energy we need to be great.

Rest For The Soul
Losing my regular job in the midst of the crazy changes happening to our planet over the past two years has been a blessing in disguise: it has caused me to re-evaluate my life choices and I’ve made conscious space for my creativity to emerge from its long-buried crypt. I feel more alive and joyful, and yes, even peaceful in the midst of the ongoing worldly turmoil. Self-care is now given non-negotiable precedence because I know that if I can’t and don’t take care of myself properly, then I’m not going to give my best to everything I do. In explaining my recent life changes to family and friends, I often use the analogy of airline oxygen mask instructions (how we are told to make sure to put on our own masks first before we assist others needing our help) to illustrate the common sense necessity of prioritizing care of ourselves before others. Out of that resolve to care firstly for myself, I’ve unintentionally reawakened the creative side of my being and have started to nurture my long-buried desire to write again. I wish to continue in this path that has brought me peace and to share the little that I’ve learned with fellow spirit travelers to help them along their own journeys. In this article, I will detail five ways I have invested in rest and reaped the creative benefits as well as my continuing resolutions.

Sleep solutions, especially for empaths. Top Story - January 2022.
18 January 2022 Some things I learned along the way, and I want to share with you all; written especially for empaths. This story here is for everyone whose eyes come across it. But at the foothold of this story is the remembrance of how though we are all one, let’s just be real here; we all have different sleep schedules. So to know ourselves before we begin this journey, will be the most important thing. As Liv said in the tarot reading I shouldn’t be watching at 01:06 the morning before this is due: “If you don’t like what I say, chuck it away” so just take what you resonate with and leave what you don’t.

The Rest Is Up To You
Bump the burpees. Ditch the diet. Put the resolution to rest. It happens billions of times at the same point of each year. Hoards of humans see one year coming to a close and the start of another year on the horizon. Well meaning individuals spend the last few weeks giving up on the current year with hopes of a better new year ahead. That spells the beginning of the end. Hanging hopes on a “fresh start” or “new you” for the new year sets up a cycle of failure. And not the good failure used to spur success.

Ambience on YouTube
It is true that global and personal issues can affect one’s health – physical, mental, and spiritual. Yes, 2020 was a stressful year for many of us. To me, the year was also terrifying as we proceeded to 2021. I did not know what to expect every single day. I had no clue if 2021 was going to be better or worse. Even though I tried to courageously live my life, I had difficulty eliminating the fear within me.
