self care
For a healthy mind, body, and soul.
Patience is a virtue.
Patience they say is not the ability to wait but the ability to keep a good attitude while waiting. You might also need this to add to that, "One minute of patience equates ten years of peace." We all must embrace patience and make it a huge part of us in all we do. A lot of times life places us in some tight situations and positions, positions that test our patience and will warrant us acting at the spot. Sometimes it is always very difficult to be patient at that particular time but then if we make patience a part of us, we will eat the good of it. While growing up i was told a story of a lady, she graduated from school and she was on the lookout for jobs. She wasn't the patient type, she prefers everything as soon as possible and sometimes at the spot. Once she's faced with a puzzle or challenge, all she does is give up, she just does not have that luxury of patience in her.

How Accepting Yourself is the Coolest Thing in the World?
When we think of showing ourselves to others, we think of all possible gestures and sentences which can justify our ego and self esteem and also help in making a good image of ourselves for them. We do it all the time whether it is an official meeting or a casual chat with someone we’ve just met. But when we think of a long picture, these things don’t go any further because these fake sentences and gestures are not coming from us in the first place. Maybe we have taken tips from someone or read an article or watched a YouTube video about “proper etiquettes and sentences to make others feel warm” before meeting someone.

Why Self Care is Important
Wow, what was that? My meditation sessions never go as planned as it seems the universe feels it is the ideal time to bombard my mind with a certain theme for each session. This is generally how many of the topics I write about come to be and this one is no different.

Don't Chase the Blues Away
“EVEN A HAPPY LIFE CANNOT BE WITHOUT A MEASURE OF DARKNESS, AND THE WORD HAPPY WOULD LOSE ITS MEANING IF IT WERE NOT BALANCED BY SADNESS. IT IS FAR BETTER TO TAKE THINGS AS THEY COME ALONG WITH PATIENCE AND EQUANIMITY.” – CARL JUNG
