The Truth Lies Within

The world right now is turbulent. The "information" age has devolved into the mis- and dis-information age, in which we grasp on to whatever it is that we want to believe and hold on to those ideas as what we believe to be truth. Unfortunately, much of the time these beliefs which we hold to be true are not truth at all--in fact they are the very opposite. So how do we navigate these uncharted waters? The very first step is to look and listen within.

Swift peace stirs from the fire within the soul, the core of life. Its beauty, the force of life awakens my soul from deep within. Turbulence outside, peace within. Tap into this limitless Divine Love at the core of all living things in which we are all intertwined.

Alas, among turbulent storms the tree remains grounded, rooted in the earth that sustains life, providing oxygen for the lungs of living creatures. Its display of strength and persistence teaches us how to withstand the storm, its blistering blows, and the frigid winters. The tree's essence is the earth's symbol of strength, resilience, life, when all that surrounds it is a turbulent storm.

The bird soars upon the changing winds. It is free to roam without borders, free to be who it was intended to be--at one with its intended spirit.

Shedding the skin we have carried with us for so long as we transition from the old ways of doing and being into this new frontier of new life where surface unknowns abound but the truth lies within. Let us be free, living the intended life that each of our spirits were birthed unto this Earth to be. The Wind aids to shed the shell of the unawakened soul, the Sun beams illuminate and fan the flame of the spirit within. The Water's edge cleanses away the lingering grime of lies we seek to shed.

A new dawn is upon all of Earth and its inhabitants. Still, frustrated by those that listen to lies and manifest and incite those lies into violence. This must be shaken, fizzled out. Violent turbulence only adds to the noise and grip of lies that we buy into and believe--the antithesis of life, the antithesis of freedom.

Where do we seek peace, truth, understanding, and joy? The answer lies within. In order to discover your true self, you must filter out the noise. It is a balance of effort and ease, a mindfulness practice to play with each day. We have found ourselves at a breaking point, a precipice--where we must choose to find this peace within if we want to continue to inhabit this earth and live our spirit's intended purpose to thrive. The time is now and we have a choice. It is imperative for our survival on this Earth to find peace within ourselves before we can expect to see it manifest in our material world.

Delicate strings of healing are calling, weaving the very fabric of life itself. May we learn to quiet the noise of lies that abounds so we may reveal the truth that lies within each of our souls. Each soul's light resides within, awaiting to be uncovered by the decades of lies and muck we have been told, bought into, and have continued to tell ourselves--only perpetuating the cycle of suffering, violence, and tumult.

You have a light within you. You were born unto this world for a higher purpose. Uncover it. Discover it. Listen to it. Love it. Live it. There is peace there.

May you reveal the love and light that imbues the very core of your being. I am with you on this journey. We all are, so let's make this life count--for the sake of life itself.
