Kenya's COVID-19 Dilemma
The image of a boy, about two years of age, appears on my phone screen. The boy stares at me for a few seconds, a smile on his face, and then rushes off to the next thing that captivates his young mind, oblivious of the turmoil his father, and the world at large, is going through at that very moment.

Do These Routine 3 Times A Week To Lose Side Fat
Ever heard of the name Love Handle? Well, the pleasantly sounding moniker is not so cute once you get to know it is the other name for your side-body fat. The Germaphobe Party
So, you're lying there on your Moon Pod because one of the necessities of this pandemic was to buy a $299 bean bag chair, right? You're comfortably reading the newspaper because those are still popular, and the headline reads, “United States Survives Pandemic! Stay-At-Home & Social Distancing Orders Lifted!” The milk you were drinking shoots out of your nose and completely ruins the newspaper story making it illegible. Luckily you have your smart phone as a backup news outlet. You frantically scroll through the article but don't fully read it. The feeling of freedom sets it. You're no longer on house arrest. A celebration is necessary. You just SURVIVED A GLOBAL PANDEMIC!

I Hate To Say I Told You So
On March 11th I published a thought piece telling people to stop telling me to calm the fuck down about COVID-19, and largely I was ignored. I kept getting told to calm down, that it wasn't that bad. Maintaining Spiritual and Mental Stability during the Pandemic
yes, its easy to get carried away emotionally right now. We all need to remember that everyone is scared and uncertain of what is going on. Deep breathes and thinking twice before speaking or posting is something a lot of people are not doing right now. I think people need less social media right now and more arts, crafts, exercise, reading, etc. Positive influences to keep our bodies and minds active without constantly feeding into the fear mongering online and in the media.

What's life after this?
It keeps me up at night. I had so many plans before this pandemic. 1. I planned to improve in school. (Our school doesn't hold online classes due to other students having no internet access.) 2. I wanted to enter college sooner than ever, and now the timetable's gonna change. I wanted so many things to happen in my life and now, maybe all of those plans are gonna wither away.
