Do 30 Russian Twist
Sit with your butt on the floor. Keep your knees bent and lean your torso in front of your knees at about 45° from the ground. Twist your torso from the right and try to swing your right elbow towards your left knee nearly touching the ground. Next repeat this swing from your left elbow towards your right knee respectively.
This exercise will strengthen your abs and abdominal muscles, and quickly shed your side fats. To add more gait and resistance over time, you can grab a pair of dumb bells in both hands to gauge the extra force.
Do the Side plank to tone your core
Begin the side plank position by resting your right elbow (arm) on the ground, and your both legs pivoted on the floor lifting your entire body. Put your left arm on your hip for ruder support. Stay in this position for about a minute, and then change sides. Do 15 turns for each side to permeate the effect in your system.
Do 15 - 20 bicycle crunches
For this exercise, you need to lay flat on your back, on the floor. Put both your hands behind your head and without clasping it too tightly, keep your hands clutched firmly. Raise your left knee and stretch it towards your head, meanwhile, engage your right abs and twist it, bending your right elbow towards your left knee to meet in the middle. Now switch over to your right knee and your left elbow and continue the cycle.
Try to increase the number of the crunches and momentum, as you progress over time.
Get into aerobic and cardiovascular exercises
Cardiovascular activity and exercises are one of the most effective measures not only to lose your overall body fat, but also to boost your metabolism to increase high fat burning body mechanisms. You could try running, jogging, trekking, cycling, swimming etc. to build stamina and improve your metabolism. You could also do push ups and lift weights to build more muscle mass and tissues.
There are many optimal ways of burning your side fats and managing your time simultaneously. For example, you can walk to any nearby destination instead of taking motor transport.
