Where Have All The Flowers Gone?
As with every other person on the planet, the last eight weeks or so, (at least by my count anyway) we have been faced with a rather unprecedented event in our lifetimes. Sure a similar occurrence took place in the early 20th century also of a worldwide nature, yet really to equate the two as the same thing would be ridiculous. The situations were very different indeed.

5 positive changes our society will go through when everything opens back up again
It’s hard to believe around this time in the year 2019, everyone was out performing their day to day activities and going on about their business like usual. Then a virus comes and turn everyone’s world upside down. What may have started in Wuhan has now impact the globe in ways no one saw coming, let alone were prepared for. This year 2020 sure caught everyone off guard, and even though most of us are currently on lock down and under quarantine, it’s important to know that like all tough times, this too will not last. However, it’s safe to say that the world we knew may not the same once the government decide to open things back up and people are allowed to resume their jobs and daily activities. We as a society will go through both positive and rough changes once the impact of this virus has subsided. Some of these changes will bring upon success and opportunities in the lives of many, while some may have to make some unwanted adjustments in their lifestyles.

Holdbreaker X: The climbing sports bra
Let’s face it; the majority of women hate wearing a bra. They’re tight in all the wrong places and gap in the most awkward spots. You get home from work and immediately take it off, after petting the dog, of course. Freedom of taking your bra off is one of the best feelings of the day. And sports bras? Even worse. Going for a cute uniboob look while it digs into your shoulders creating some back boob action? Want support but also want enough room in the band to be able to breathe? Sorry, you can only pick one.

Don't Come Crying to Me About The Pandemic
Dear Readers, I hope that you'll allow me to do some venting. While I'll admit that even I was blindsided by the timing of the COVID-19 pandemic, I'm really not at all surprised that it happened. I was expecting something like it. Hell, I'm still expecting something far worse. I've warned about such things for some time, and I've written about my warnings here and elsewhere.

Quarantined with Love
Every day I wake up, I light three white candles. I then spark some holy Tibetan incense, wrap myself in a traditional prayer shawl, grab my mala and ground down. I take a cleansing breath slowly shut my eyes and think. Thoughts rush to me like a moth to an autumn fire pit. I do my best to just sit in my present moment, and when I have trouble, I go back to something that I heard some years ago, “Love and compassion are necessities, not luxuries. Without them, humanity cannot survive.” When I first heard this I hadn’t the faintest clue who could have possibly said these wise words. Upon a mix of intense searching, and lazy intuitive reading at the bookstore I worked at, I read these words again, and cane to know who H.H. the 14th Dalai Lama was, what he stood for, and his mission for all beings in this life. It’s an understatement to say his thought process amazes me. My mind was overwhelmed by the simplicity of hiss rationale. I had found a sort of mentorship that helped me slow down, and pacify the innerworkings off my mind. Nevertheless, I still get caught up, unable to get passed myself. Mixed up in drama, stress, or something I needed to let go. In those moments, I think of him... laughing. This picture embodies his authenticity, an authentic nature that helps me to smile, breathe and not take it all too seriously.
