Masks:
Because of the protective requirements to contain the corona pandemic in Britain, protective masks for mouth and nose are in great demand and are now mandatory in several places like shops and public transport. Mouth and nose protection can be manufactured by the company itself or purchased in many different versions, both disposable and reusable. Although masks that are made from simple fabric remnants themselves reduce the possibility of infection, they cannot reliably prevent it.

DREAMS
DREAMS : What do they mean? What purpose do they really serve. Is a dream nothing more than our minds working over time as we sleep. Bringing us to another world far beyond the reality we live in. Do they serve as a warning of bad things to come, or of people who are wishing to harm us in some way. As far as dreams and go science not a lot is really understood about dreams. But one things is for sure we all dream. Some dreams are so crazy they don't make any since after we wake up from them. We have all had the type of dream where we wake up and wonder what the hell brought on that type of dream. For example why did I dream I turned into a flying purple dragon. This type of dream is not scary or bothersome just strange. You think about it for a few minutes and go back to sleep. Then there is a dream which we enjoy having . It is a dream about something fun or a wonderful event or place. Everybody understands what I mean because we have all had them. In this dream we actually wish we could stay and are sometimes disappointed because to keep having the dream, and enjoy are time there for just a little longer.

LEAVES ON A STREAM
There was first a time, a very long stretch of time, when I felt that I was living life as I should. Each and every day I would wake up, do my daily errands, finish my work and go to bed. It’s true that I felt a lot of stress and strain. But I felt that it was healthy for me, as I believed that work was what life was all about. As for pleasure, it was my genuine belief that fun only came from achieving weekly allowances, credentials and other positivities from working; and by that I mean working very hard.

My routine to live up to my days
The human body is mostly made up of water, and mine is no exception to it, which is why I consistently start my day by drinking a couple of glass of water, usually spaced out throughout the early morning. I've also gotten more consistent with my workouts, as I'm thinking of possibly joining a branch of the military, and we all know that being in your best shape should be a plus. And as Bruce Lee said, our body is water and our mind is our body, therefore my mind is water, and I am water.

Caring during the Pandemic
When my husband contracted Coronavirus, I was scared not only for him, but also for myself. In my house at the moment, self-isolating can be tricky as we share the same bed. Coronavirus started right after we started sorting the house out, and there wasn't a room free where we could sleep separately. I can not guarantee you won't catch the virus, but these tips kept me safe and helped me to protect myself. Here is what I did.
