Recognizing Health Disparities
The reason minorities are at a higher risk of getting Covid-19 because it is believed that the disease can abate from another disease. The first symptoms can be similar to other ailments and doctors may overlook illnesses. Covid-19 has shown many disparities within the health system specifically for minorities. It is believed one of the reasons could be that they are being misdiagnosed by their health professionals. It is also believed that they are misinformed about the dangers of other symptoms that can increase their chances of getting the disease. High blood pressure, mental illness, or diabetes, etc. can incrementally increase one's chances of getting the disease as a pre-existing condition. There are ways that citizens can protect themselves and prevent further damage to the brain. It has been found that Covid-19 can linger in the brain causing other ailments if not treated in time. The government must understand that they cannot only treat the disease. They must also manage the vaccine effectiveness otherwise their healthcare will be overrun by the damage that Covid-19 has done to their citizens.

Confessions of a Junk Food Junkie
For most of my 54 years, I have been a junk food junkie. In high school, my breakfast of choice was a bag of Nacho Doritos and a diet Pepsi. However, a few years ago I lost my mom to complications of diabetes. At the end of her life she was nearly blind from macular degeneration and had such severe vascular dementia that she would introduce me to her reflection in the mirror, who she called Jean. People would ask if she still remembered who I was and I would respond with, "she no longer even remembers who she is." It was devastating to see the strong, vital woman I had loved all my life become a confused, agitated stranger. When I lost her, I determined I would not follow that path and end up like her.

What You Read in the Akashic Records
Most of us are aware that the Akasha holds a great deal of information. One of the benefits of other, higher dimensions is that time is not linear and there’s no one way to do things. While the Akashic Records can be personal and allow us to read our soul’s history to uncover and unlock our fears, beliefs and patterns of behaviour that have followed us throughout time, there is a lot more you can do with the Akashic Records than just read your own soul.
