Dear Me
Dear Me: I’m sorry. I’m sorry I let you down when you were younger. I’m sorry I made you feel less than, not good enough, and stressed out. I’m sorry that I failed you by not believing in you. That I let people talk to you the way they did. That I didn’t stand up for us. I let us be belittled, yelled at, abused, and used. I let us be neglected, starved, and scared. I should've yelled back. I should’ve protected us from those harming us. All the pain and misery you took will help you in the future, but that doesn’t mean you deserved it. Just because something made you stronger and smarter doesn’t mean it was helpful, worth it, or deserved. You deserved happiness and love. You deserved a fun, nurturing childhood free from fear and worry.

Black People Are No Longer 13-14% of the US Population
Updated Google search as of 9/1/2025: Yes, 2020 Census numbers were skewed, showing statistically significant undercounts of Black or African American, American Indian or Alaska Native, and Hispanic or Latino populations, as well as young children. Non-Hispanic White and Asian populations were overcounted. These miscounts had significant impacts, including affecting political representation and the distribution of federal resources, and the 2020 Census was less accurate than the 2010 Census.

Jumper to it
Roughly once a year the" reaching for the jumper " ritual begins. It lives in the darkest recess of my wardrobe. I have owned it for around 20 years but would guess 36 days in that time I have worn it. I have calculated this as there have to be very special conditions for wearing it.

We are all born with a holy celestial glow, an angelic full body halo...it exists to illuminate our chakras, our seven centres of spiritual power contained within our human forms. They assist our psychic connections, though they are mainly esoteric energy-centers.

Experts Everywhere, But Where Is the Wisdom?
We are living in a time where experts seem to be everywhere. You can find them on television shows, YouTube videos, podcasts, and social media platforms. Every day, people are sharing opinions, facts, and advice about how to live, what to buy, and what to believe. Some speak with great confidence, others show off their degrees or years of study — and all of them sound very sure of what they are saying.

Why You Must Read "Be Happy: Think Different" Now
It is a truth universally acknowledged that we all yearn for a deeper sense of fulfillment. We see it in the hurried steps, the relentless pursuit of more, the way we structure our days around external benchmarks of accomplishment. It's an honest aspiration, this desire for happiness, but somewhere along the line, the narrative shifted. We began to equate joy with accumulation, with achievement, believing the brass ring of material wealth or professional success would somehow deliver the peace we crave. But, my friends, we know in our hearts that this is a foundation built on sand. True, lasting happiness—the kind that sustains you through the inevitable storms—is not an elusive treasure hidden far away; it is a profound internal discipline.
