The Werewolf Trials of Germany – Real Court Records of the Beast Within
When the Moon Rose Over Europe In the late 1500s, Germany was no stranger to shadows. Plague still haunted the alleys, witches burned on pyres, and the forests whispered with legends older than Christendom itself.

A Scream You Can’t Unhear
The first time I heard it, I thought it was an animal. A sharp, ragged shriek split the midnight air, slicing through the damp fog that clung to our farmhouse like rotting skin. It was too long, too layered to be a fox’s cry, too human to belong to anything with fur.

The Disappearance at Room 609
It was well past midnight when detective Farhan Qureshi entered The Crescent Towers, the most expensive hotel in the city. The marble floors shone under soft golden lights, and a faint scent of jasmine filled the air. Guests were rarely disturbed here — which was why the report of a missing person had stirred so much noise.

Eternal Childhood
It was odd being here. In this mausoleum so early in the morning. The place was dusty and hadn't seen many visitors. As far as Claire could tell there hadn't been. Thanks to the fact there weren't many footprints aside from theirs. Looking down at the small coffin, she shivered. The thing was covered in large rocks. Ones that an adult wouldn't be able to move. Much less a dead child. It was rather disturbing in her eyes to see. Why would a parent request this for their daughter? Quietly, she asked,"So, do you know who's in this? And why they're here?"

My Cat Brought Me the Key to a Door That Wasn’t There Yesterday
Story My Cat Brought Me the Key to a Door That Wasn’t There Yesterday It started with a key. A small, tarnished thing, old enough to smell of time itself, left neatly on my doorstep. I didn’t notice it at first — the mail had been late that morning, and I thought it was a discarded piece of junk. But then Milo, my black cat, padded up beside it and stared, green eyes bright and unblinking. He batted the key gently with his paw, then mewed sharply, as if demanding my attention.

My GPS Led Me Somewhere That Doesn’t Exist
Story My GPS Led Me Somewhere That Doesn’t Exist It started as a simple late-night drive. I’d been on the road for five hours, heading back from a work trip, when fatigue began to set in. The interstate was a black ribbon unspooling in front of me, and my eyes kept flicking to the glowing GPS screen for reassurance.
