Cruel Intentions
Cruel Intentions started off strong, and I am hoping that in their 8 episode series that they continue to be consistent. I also hope that there is a full beginning, middle, and end to this story because 8 episodes is not a lot and it's not like they are adapting the movie beat for beat, there is a lot of added stuff. The new stuff works and it makes sense. I just don’t want it to derail the actual telling of the story. We need to be able to wrap all this up in 8 episodes with the possibility of more seasons.

Cruel Intentions
I have loved the movie Cruel Intentions since I was far too young to be watching it. So when there was news that it was being turned into a tv show, I was cautious. Generally speaking tv shows that are based off of 90s and early 2000s films are really not good (Heathers, Legally Blonde, 10 Things I Hate About You). But after rewatching the movie I think it is fathomable that this could be good IF they let the characters be terrible people. That was the main problem with the Gossip Girl reboot is they were trying to make the spoiled rich kids, loving and inclusive and that was insane. That said, let's get into the first episode of Cruel Intentions.

'Agatha All Along': Did The Events Of 'WandaVision' Actually Improve Life In Westview?
WARNING! SPOILERS for WandaVision and Agatha All Along. Poor, Poor, Westview. Westview was initially just a small suburban town in New Jersey, until Wanda Maximoff, grieving the death of The Vision, inadvertently created a hex around the town, trapping the residents in a new reality in which they were all characters in a sitcom, cycling through various decades as the situation both in and outside of the hex deteriorates. Within the hex, Wanda creates a new Vision and eventually gives birth to twin sons, Tommy and Billy. Tragically, she loses all three when she eventually takes the hex down.

Dune Prophecy
This year I was introduced to Dune, yes I know that I am several decades late. But when the first Villeneuve film was re-released into theaters, I saw it for the first time and fell in love. I counted the days until the second film came out and then when Dune Prophecy was announced; I was beyond excited. Now Max took some concerning steps regarding its marketing and release (including not giving fans a release date until 3 weeks before) so I am interested to see how the show performs overall. But it is released in a weekly format so hopefully it will have time to find its audience. Let’s get into the first episode.
