'Good Omens'
This has recently been let loose on amazon prime in a six episode telling of the book of the same name. If I said it’s a Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaimon book, and Neil is involved heavily in the show, then you may guess what it’s like already. A Doctor Who director doesn’t do any harm either.

'Greta'—A Movie Review
It’s essential in life to make friends. Just be sure that they’re not a psychopath taking pictures of your every move. Greta is a 2019 thriller drama directed by Neil Jordan. After returning a lost handbag, an unlikely friendship is established between two women. However, something is off about Greta. Though avoiding the woman, Greta endlessly stalks poor Frances. It’s only a matter of time before the situation can get out of hand.

Movie Review: 'Godzilla: King of the Monsters'
As a child, my brother and I loved Godzilla. I mean the 1998 version. However, watching it now... there are some flaws. That does not mean I would not ditch the night scene to stay in and watch it with wine and popcorn. But what are my thoughts on this new installment of Godzilla? Well let's start with the good.

'Game of Thrones' Series Finale Review
The episode picks up right after Daenerys sets Kings Landing ablaze, burning the city to ashes, and killing the civilians within. It is with Tyrion we spend the first few minutes, walking through to the Red Keep, where he finds Jaime and Cersei laying dead underneath the rumble. Then, Jon has a disagreement with Grey Worm over executing the remainder of Cersei's army before going to face the new Queen herself.

'The Princess Bride' - (Netflix)
I watch a lot of films, a lot. I have always loved film and television and, though it is impossible to see everything—I have to work after all—I have seen a fair few films. Having said that, there are still a lot of films that I have not seen, films that a person who considers himself a bit of a film buff, should have seen. This is a little embarrassing.

The Perfect Romance - Review
Oh my lord. A true contender for the worst film on Netflix. Alien Warfare is terrible and currently holds the title, in my opinion, of the worst film on Netflix. Peelers is a worthy challenger, a film that somehow managed to make nudity boring. However, five minutes into My Perfect Romance, shitty musical background, and amateurish editorial split-screens aplenty, I am thinking that Alien Warfare may lose its crown.

'Kill Your Darlings' Film Review
Background Information The Beat Generation was a literary movement formed in New York during a post-war era. The movement involved renowned authors such as Jack Kerouac, Allen Ginsberg, William S. Burroughs, and others. Kerouac initially coined the phrase "Beat Generation" to portray themselves as part of an anti-conformist youth movement. The "Beats," as they were called, practiced beliefs such as sexual liberation, romanticism, modernism, etc. Each of them had a reputation for being bohemian and hedonistic once their lifestyles became public knowledge. Some of the most highly-acclaimed classic literary works of all-time depicted their participation in the Beat Generation, such as Kerouac's On the Road and Ginsberg's Howl.
