Doctor Who: The Companion Chronicles: The Mahogany Murderers Review
Looking back over 10 years t0 May 2009, it's hard to overstate just how much of a phenomenon "The Mahogany Murderers" was on its release. It isn't often talked about today, in the era of River Song meeting the classic Doctors, Dalek Universe, Christopher Eccleston's return to Doctor Who and the return of pretty much every New Series character, but, at the time, the return of Jago & Litefoot was a huge deal. Notoriously, this was a story that sold out its first print run in a matter of weeks, and it was several months before CD stocks could be replenished, so in demand this release was. And it isn't hard to see why word of mouth lead to this story becoming one of Big Finish's best-selling titles: it's an absolute blast. From start to finish, this is a huge amount of fun, and opens the doors for one of Big Finish's most acclaimed and long-lasting Doctor Who spin-offs: Jago & Litefoot.

My Review of "The Mask of Zorro"
The Mask of Zorro came out back in 1998. I remember when I first watched it and immediately fell in love with it. The 4K Blu-ray of it came out in 2020 and I knew I had to check this movie out again. With the newly upgraded visuals and audio I had high expectations for this experience.

The Many Saints of Newark Is Good, Actually
Four and a half months have passed since The Many Saints of Newark was released, the long awaited prequel of The Sopranos, the greatest television show ever created. Reactions were mostly mixed, with many praising what they saw while arguing the need for more. If there is one thing everyone appears to be universally criticizing the movie for is its run time. Some have said it should’ve been a miniseries while others (myself included) just wanted a longer story. But then there is another camp, those who disown the movie and consider it a complete mediocre pile of garbage. You can chalk this sentiment up to the inherent behavior of irrational fanatics following the current zeitgeist, people who didn’t get the show’s point in the first place, or a dose of expectations not abiding to reality. In reality, the truth, much like everything else in this forsaken life, is somewhere in the middle.

Eternals vs GotG 2
So I watched and was disappointed by the Eternals and to be quite honest all I was thinking about through a good portion of that movie was “Guardians of the galaxy did this so much better” because like it or not we’ve already been introduced to the concept of eternals and we’ve already seen a family like dynamic when they all have different motivations and moral compasses. We’ve already seen relationships within a family like a unit develop and play out and we’ve seen it sone so much better then the underdeveloped mess that the eternals gave us.

My Review of "Uncharted"
Uncharted has just come out to theaters recently. Admittedly I am an Uncharted fan as I've played through all of the Uncharted games on the PlayStation. I've even finished them multiple times as each generation of systems will re-release the same old games. I'm a sucker for these collections.

My Review of "Peacemaker: The full season one"
Peacemaker: The full season one, just ended recently. I originally thought the first three episodes and wrote a review on those episodes. Fortunately for me there was a lot more show after those first three episodes. It goes all over the place and more importantly it was totally outrageous.

My Review of "Teen Wolf (1985)"
Teen Wolf (1985) is a movie that I haven't seen since I was a kid. Recently, for some unknown reason I had an itch to watch this movie. I don't remember this movie being spectacular but then again I don't quite remember the whole movie. Watching this movie over again will hopefully jog my memory as to why I wanted to see it so much.

My Review of "Ali Wong: Don Wong"
Ali Wong: Don Wong is Ali Wong's latest 2022 stand-up special on Netflix. Her star is rising like crazy in the past few years. I remember seeing her special Ali Wong: Baby Cobra a while back. That stand-up special made me a fan of hers. Since then she's been doing everything. One of the biggest things she did was make the movie Always be my Maybe.

My Review of "MacGruber: Season One"
MacGruber Season One was a very unexpected series that came out in 2021. I have been a fan of the MacGruber movie for quite some time and I was really excited to hear that the character would live on in TV format. It's a little hard to tell what was going to happen since so much had happened in the movie though.

My Review of "Starship Troopers 4K Blu-ray (20th Anniversary Edition)"
Starship Troopers 4K Blu-ray (20th Anniversary Edition) had come out in 2017 and the original movie had come out back in 1997. I haven't had a good home theatre set-up to watch this movie until recently. This had to be something I'd have to try out since I still have the original DVD version of the movie.
