Artemis fowl film...Oh no!!!
Oh god NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NOOOOOOOOOO NOOO NOOO NOOOO NOOO NOOO000 NOOOOOOOO!!!!!, ok, so I loved these books as a kid, absolutely loves them, and when I heard there was an Artemis fowl moving coming out oh maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaan was I stoked, but then I saw the trailer and I thought to myself.. WTF!!. They show him training with a blade, a blade!!!!!.. This does not in anyway match up with the Artemis fowl character from the book, the one we all know and love that Artemis Fowl rarely puts more effort into things than using his hands to hack some database due to him being a criminal genius . That’s what his muscle Butler is for!!!, Butler Is the person who handles all of the muscle!!!!!!. And on top of all that this movie seems to gets yet another major thing very, very very, very, very, very, very, VERY, VERY, VERY, VERY, VERY, VERY wrong about the series and that is the fact that Artemis Fowl is NOT in anyway a hero in the first book. He’s a villain. He is in the game for cash and it isnt until later in the series were he developed. Honestly this aspect is what made the story unique and not some story filled with stereotypes, especially going into the stereotype filled young adult literature genre. Fowl isn’t the chosen one, isn’t some kind of prophetic hero to look up to, NO!!!, He’s a villain and most of the books are him trying to recover from one of his schemes that have back fired.

Disney And Sony's Updated Release Schedule For Every Upcoming Marvel Movie
As Hollywood grinds to a halt and the coronavirus turns itself into a Thanos-sized villain of the summer holidays, the industry's slate of superhero movies has been "snapped" from existence. While we should've been getting pumped for Black Widow and what comes next for the Marvel Cinematic Universe, COVID-19 has upturned Disney's well-laid plans.

The Real Story Behind Hoosiers
Orion Pictures, Poster I used to think that movies based on true stories were pretty much how they happened. I eventually learned that the real story probably can’t sustain 120 minutes of drama. An unfortunate fact of filmmaking, based on a true story now means I probably won’t go see it. So let’s look at Hoosiers to fix what the 1986 movie got wrong.

Extraction staring Chris Hemsworth takes action more serious than Thor
In an era where 'action movie' means super heroes and high budget science fiction, Extraction sets itself apart by being a pure action thriller without forced comical one-liners. It leaves behind silly ironic humor, a trait that is effective but has become over saturated with the Marvel cinematic universe at the forefront of action films. Extraction stands on its own but there is more than one MCU comparative feature: it stars Chris Hemsworth most known for his role in Thor one of the centers of joking light-hearted fun of MCU films.

Movie Review: 'The Sound of the Wind' Paranoid Delusion or Violent Thriller?
The Sound of the Wind is a powerful exploration of mental illness even as it is a tad muddled. Written and directed by Jared Douglas, The Sound of the Wind explores the mind of a man named Lucio who may or may not be hallucinating or suffering from delusions after having taken possession of a bag of stolen money. Is Lucio being followed or is any of what is happening to him really happening?

Double-Whoah Seven: Quentin Tarantino Once Pitched A James Bond Movie
Leaving Hollywood shaken and not stirred, it turns out gore whore Quentin Tarantino could've loaded up a Walther PPK and taken a shot at the long-running James Bond franchise. As the coronavirus pushes back Cary Fukunaga's No Time to Die and fans wait patiently for Daniel Craig's last turn as the suave spy, it's time to look back at one of the many Bond movies that never happened.

5 Films You SHOULD Watch During Quarantine!!!
1. American Honey This film is beautifully insightful. It’s so relatable to the point of it giving you that type of nostalgia that you never particularly had growing up. This Drama is about a young girl trying to find her sense of belonging in this complicated world. She experiences the tribulations of a relationship, close bonds to strangers from all walks of life while appreciating the summer vibes and the chilled nights. What makes it extra special, is that the majority of the cast were just picked randomly from streets, beaches and construction sites. A lot of them didn’t have any prior acting experience so as you can imagine, there's a lot of improvisation. I guess that’s what makes the film feel even more “real.” The only well known actors would include Shia LaBeouf who puts on an incredible performance and Danielle Riley Keough who does a great deal of playing quite the… cow to put it nicely. I know that the majority of us are under self-isolation right now, but what better way to motivate you to start planning meaningful, fun packed trips once the dust has settled?! This film will prompt you to do just that!

Why we should give 10 Things About You more attention
Alright. So we are all aware how nostalgia is a trend nowadays... We have stranger things setting us back to the good old 80s (wonderful music back then), the fashion trends of the 90s are everywhere on Instagram, and of course the relentless remakes of movies from Disney old classics to, for example, Ghostbusters. Yes. We love to go back to the past. Maybe because it brings us good memories, a comfortable feeling of those good times you had during those days, remind us of interesting (or maybe embarassing) things we wore, listened, said, and of course allow us to have an emotional connection with one another. Perhaps because it is a time that was wished to be lived in by you and your friend, or maybe you both like the songs of those years, and last but also very important you and your friend lived during that time shown in the movie and/or tv show and it is nice to be set back to that time sometimes.

Poetry in motion
In a world over saturated with drippy romcoms and killer shark-tornado movies I decided to compile my own movie list. These are all films I think have a special artistic beauty to them from their soundtrack down to their narrative. And with all of us now confined to our homes we have extra time to be productive or become a couch potato. But if you do choose the easy option you might as well make it fulfilling and impactful and that's the point of this list. I think it's time to try a few underrated but wholly more moving films than American Pie 1 & 2.
