3 Best Sci-Fi Movies on Netflix
Snowpiercer Before the TV series by the same name arrives on TBS (of all places) in 2020, you’ll want to check out Snowpiercer on Netflix ASAP. Set in a future where a climate-correction experiment gone wrong has killed all life, the last lucky few members of the human race travel aboard the Snowpiercer, a globetrotting train. However, mankind resorts to the same evils that divided themselves against each other for millennia, leading to a class structure that separates and segregates the travelers all along the length of the train. With conflict among the classes comes the escalation to violence and the discovery of awful, awful truths.

My Top Pick For Iconic Duo
Out of all the iconic duo's in the world there is a specific iconic duo that comes to mind. The iconic duo that outshines other iconic duos is Elliott and E.T. There are many great picks for couples to match the iconic duo title but the pick comes down to Elliott and E.T. This duo is my pick because of their bond. This duo has been known as a favorite by both child and adult.

Review of 'Code 8'
Caught Code 8 the other night on Netflix. It's at once a story of people with superpowers, robot cops, human cops, and criminals. The people with superpowers are feared by normal humans, with the result that most of the superpowered have become criminals. None of this is particularly original, but Code 8 is lifted by a real humanity that infuses the narrative.

Marvel's Phase Four Plans
The MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe) has ended the so called "Phase Three" with the biggest villain so far, the mad titan "Thanos", putting an end to the "infinity saga". Many characters arcs came to an end, such as Iron Man (for giving up his life to save the UNIVERSE), Captain America (spending the rest of his life with Peggy Carter and then passing his legacy to the Falcon), Black Widow (dying in order to get the soul stone).

'Batman: Death in the Family' Interactive Movie Coming This Autumn
DC is always on the move when it comes to their animated features. Whether it be shared universe films, standalones, or Elseworlds type of stories, DC animation can range from straightforward adaptations to complete reimaginings. Adding fuel to the hype, a trailer just debuted for the newly announced Batman: Death in the Family. Those familiar with the title may already know of the monumental 1988 storyline “A Death in the Family,” which resulted in the death of Jason Todd, the second Robin, at the hands of the Joker. This was made possible by the amount of fans who called a 1-900 number that year to let DC know whether or not they think Jason Todd should be killed.

What You Put Into Life is what You Get Out of It.
In 1992, director and film star Clint Eastwood released a film that he announced would be the final western he would ever direct or act in. A film simply titled, Unforgiven. Upon it’s release, the film was heralded as a cinematic masterpiece; winning a total of four Academy Awards, and two Golden Globes. Nearly 30 years later, the film is still ranked as one of the best western films ever made. The Way Back Review
Films tend to try and blend reality with a flare of the dramatic so we don't feel that rush of realism and can escape from the hard hitting aspects of said reality. The Way Back is one of those films while it's themes are heavy and emotional you cannot help but feel connected to the humour that stems from the reality this film looks at.

Zack Snyder Hints at a Longer Runtime for His Cut of 'Justice League'
The DCEU film Justice League has been a hot topic of much comic book movie discussion since its release in November 2017. Zack Snyder could not complete the film due to a tragedy in the family, so Joss Whedon took over. The resulting film had a 120-minute runtime and was deemed underwhelming to many moviegoers. Even if it was not terrible, it should have been better for what it was. After all, the Justice League are DC's iconic team of high profile superheroes. Since the film's release, there have been tidbits about just how different Zack Snyder's version of the film would have been, prompting a sect of DC fandom to campaign for this version using #ReleaseTheSnyderCut.

For Better or (Mostly) Worse, ‘The Kissing Booth 2’ is More of the Same
2018 was a big year for Netflix as they finally began to figure out their original content production formula. Specifically, producing as many romantic comedies as humanly possible. From To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before to Set It Up to even The Kissing Booth, Netflix finally realized a portion of the moviegoing audience was severely underserved in theaters and on other streaming services. It’s fair to say this was also the first leg in the Netflix star machine, with actors such as Noah Centineo, Lana Condor, Zoey Deutch, Glen Powell, Jacob Elordi, and Joey King all increasing their fame drastically.

The Problem with Movies Today
I was today years old when I realized that I'm very picky when it comes to a new release of a movie today. Whether it's on Netflix, straight to DVD or Blu-ray, or just in general free on whatever app that will take it. Studios just don't make good movies now. Yes, you may have your once in awhile indie film that takes a risk and does something creative with its structure or narratives like Good Time starring Robert Pattinson or Memento starring Guy Pearce. Both drastically different films but manage to draw the audience in with both premises, focusing in on the character's journey to reach their want. Not disregarding the flaws that Connie and Leonard have to deal with, but rather humanizing them to us and making them not just relatable but great in the sense of the viewer. And one other thing that both of them do well than most movies of recent years is being ENTERTAINING.

Good Movies Forgotten: 'Breaking All the Rules'
In Shakespeare in Love, the theater director Henslowe, played by Geoffrey Rush, described a successful comedy as romance and a bit with a dog. Jamie Foxx's Breakin' All The Rules contains both. It’s a smart, funny romance and has a bit with a dog, more than one bit in fact. It may not be Shakspeare but as romantic comedies go this is one of the better ones of the past few years.

‘Fatal Affair’ is the Worst Kind of Bad Movie. It’s Just Plain Boring.
Fatal Affair debuted at #1 on Netflix’s Top 10 feature last weekend. It’s also the latest in a long line of baffling movies to appear on the streaming giant’s puzzling feature. Sure, Da 5 Bloods, Extraction, and The Old Guard make a lot of sense as some of the most high-profile post-COVID releases in the marketplace. And I’m not a parent, but I can imagine after hitting month five of quarantine, the most sensible decision is to stick an iPad in front of your child’s faces with something like Despicable Me, The Lorax, or The Angry Birds Movie 2 cued up and ready to go. But what about Code 8? 3022? Life As We Know It? What about MILF? 365 Days???
